Leah the Nifty Yogi.
This meditation is going to be helping balance and cleanse our second chakra which is the sacral.
It's the colour orange and the element is water.
The function of this chakra is to do with our relationships,
Connection,
Vitality,
Pleasure and also our sexuality.
The organs and glands it can affect is our ovaries,
Testicles,
Prostate,
Any genital area.
And when we're balanced in this sacral chakra all things are working harmoniously with one another.
And when we're balanced in this sacral chakra all things are working harmoniously with one another.
We're healthy in general,
We're loving and accepting of ourself,
We are feeling intimate and creative all those sorts of emotions.
And when we're balanced in this sacral chakra all things are working harmoniously with one another.
And when we're balanced in this sacral chakra we can have this lack of creativity.
Our emotions might be more on the scale of anger,
Jealousy and envy even.
We can have trouble trying to express our desires as sensuality and sexuality.
We can have trouble enjoying ourselves in a sexual or non-sexual term.
But we can strengthen these imbalances by connecting with what you are most creative with.
That might be a sense of belonging,
That might be dancing or singing,
That might be journaling,
That might be a sewing,
Cooking or just building or doing something with your hands.
Find things that you enjoy that bring out that creativeness,
That inner child.
What did you enjoy doing when you were a child?
Was it something outdoors?
Was it indoors?
Was it physical or was it more mental?
Did you like puzzles or did you like climbing trees and creating names for animals or anything like this?
Just get creative somehow one way or another.
What did you enjoy doing?
What we can do now is repeat a few affirmations.
I accept pleasure in all forms.
I accept my creative flow and energy.
I take charge of my sensuality and my energy.
I accept the 140% salvation of healing.
To find a position and connect and protect yourself in the space you're in.
Take a moment to do this now.
When you're ready placing or hovering your hands over this sacral area whatever position you choose here remembering that it's our lower abdomen.
We want to just make sure that the elbows and shoulders are softened here.
Once you are settled in take a long breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Again inhale through the nose,
Softening further.
Last breath breathe it all in.
Let it out slowly.
Finding stillness and silence.
You you you you and as we start to bring ourself out of our reiki healing,
Allow yourself a moment's breath and mindfulness.
Tuning back in to where the body is and how it feels.
In your own time begin to move the body.
Doing our off button for the reiki.
Take this time to thank the universe and source for protecting us through this healing.
