Your seventh chakra is known as your crown chakra.
It is your spiritual center located at the crown of your head,
The color violet or white.
The function of this chakra is spirituality,
Enlightenment and connectedness.
The glands and organs that can be affected are the pineal gland,
The muscular system,
The skin and the skeletal system.
When this seventh chakra is balanced we find inner bliss within,
Spiritual devotion,
Inspiration,
Unity,
Compassion for yourself and for others,
Trust in life and an openness to receive.
When we are out of balance in this seventh chakra,
You might be lacking in inspiration,
Feeling confused or frustrated in certain situations,
A sense of feeling depressed or lost,
Perhaps lack of awareness,
Maybe even destructive behavior.
Notice any of these symptoms balanced or out of balance,
Do they relate?
To strengthen and balance this chakra,
The best thing you can do is meditate,
Maybe join a spiritual group of any kind,
Something that relates to you and what you have your faiths in.
Get grounded,
Connect with the universe and Reiki is a beautiful way to find balance in all chakras.
Affirmations that you might want to repeat to yourself are,
I am open to abundance,
I am love and light,
Love surrounds me and guides me,
I trust my inner wishes,
From here if you have your Reiki qualifications,
We're going to turn on your Reiki power button and doing that now and if you are not familiar,
You're just going to be lying here mindfully focused on our seventh chakra.
For those who are Reiki qualified,
Once your protection has been opened,
You're welcoming in love and guidance only,
You can bring your hands to wherever you like for your crown chakra.
We all have unique positions so trust your intuition here.

I'm going to leave you in silence to focus and balance.
And as you notice that sound of the singing bowl,
Begin to notice again where you are right now.
