Welcome home to yourself.

As you are honoring yourself for showing up to this meditation today,

Sit in a comfortable position.

Palms open on your laps,

Ready to receive the blessings,

Guidance and abundance from the universe.

Gently close your eyes and arrive within your being.

Here you are in a safe and sacred place.

Focus your attention on your breath.

Take a slow deep breath in and a slow deep breath out.

Take a slow deep breath in and a slow deep breath out.

Take a slow deep breath out.

When your mind starts to wander,

Bring it back to your breathing.

Keep on breathing deep and slow.

Sense the calmness in your brain.

Sense the relaxation in your forehead.

Your body getting heavy on your seat.

Your being dissolving in matter,

Time and space.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

As you start relaxing in your being,

Start bringing your attention to your heart chakra at the center of your chest.

Slow your focus from your breath to your heart.

Breathe in to your heart.

Hold for the count of three.

One,

Two,

Three.

Breathe out from your heart.

In to your heart.

Hold for the count of three.

Breathe in to your heart.

Out from your heart.

As you breathe in to your heart,

Start visualizing your heart as a radiant and bright light.

Keep on breathing deep and slow.

Feel the warmth and love growing from this light.

Bring into your enlightened heart emotions of wholeness,

Gratitude and love.

Keep breathing gently.

Allow this smile to appear on your face.

Slowly feel the wholeness,

Gratitude and love in your enlightened heart.

Keep breathing into it.

Irradiating wholeness,

Gratitude and love from your heart.

Flowing into your head from your neck.

Flowing into your hands from your shoulders and arms.

Flowing into your lower belly.

Flowing into your left leg.

Your right leg and your feet.

Notice this radiant,

Loving light from your heart infusing your whole being.

Breathe in to your heart.

Breathe out from your heart.

Feel the elevated emotions of wholeness,

Gratitude and love in your whole body.

Breathe into these emotions.

Start focusing your attention back on your mind.

Your mind is calm,

Relaxed,

At peace.

Your heart is filled with wholeness,

Gratitude and love.

Feel your mind in your heart in perfect harmony of peace and love.

Breathe in and out slowly,

Relaxed in this moment.

Breathe in and out slowly,

Relaxed in this moment.

Bring your hands on your heart and repeat to yourself.

I love you.

I trust you.

I trust you.

Your whole body and being are rotating with loving light from the inside out.

You are a heart-led being understanding that your bright light is here available to you at any moment as you breathe into your heart.
