Pounds open on your laps or by your side,
Ready to receive the blessings,
Guidance and abundance from the universe.
Gently close your eyes and arrive within your being.
Here you are in a safe and sacred space.
Start bringing your focus on your breath.
Take a slow deep breath in to your nose and a slow deep breath out from your nose.

How are you feeling today?
Keep on breathing.
When your mind starts to wander,
Bring it back to your breathing.
Keep on breathing deep and slow.
Notice the calmness in your brain.
Your body getting heavy on your seat or your bed.
Your being dissolving in matter,
Time and space.
As you are relaxing in your being,
Start travelling into your inner sacred heaven.
A place where you feel safe,
Peaceful and surrounded by your own kind of beauty.
This place can be on a beach,
By the mountains,
A lake,
In a house,
A garden,
A creative space,
Wherever your mind will instinctively take you.
Take your time to comfortably arrive and get clarity on your surroundings.
You are the creator of your inner sacred heaven.
Breathe in and breathe out deep and slow.
Here you are safe,
At home,
At peace.
Ready for your inner child to visit.
Now visualize your 3-7 years old inner child walking toward you.
Your inner child can be a memory from a photo,
A video or a clear visual of your younger self.
Now with your inner child.
How are you feeling right now?
Find the time to scan your emotions as your inner child is getting closer to you.
Your inner child is happy to see you and smiling.
You are the person your inner child was expecting for a long time.
Your inner child only needs love and attention.
Take your inner child's hands and repeat.
