Let yourself be fully supported as we walk through this guided meditation to release fear and move into trust.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a nice slow deep breath in through your nose and a soft gentle exhale through your mouth.
Inhale deeply and exhale releasing any stress or tension.
Letting go of anything that's coming up for you.
Allow your breath to return to a natural gentle rhythm.
Notice the weight of your body,
The gentle pull of gravity holding you.
Feel the places where your body connects with the earth,
The touch points.
Allow yourself to soften into that support.
Relax your forehead.
Soften your eyes.
Unclench your jaw.
Relax your tongue.
Let your shoulders begin to drop.
Allowing a gentle relaxation to move down into your arms,
Into your hands,
And into your fingers.
Soften your chest.
Keep a lot of tension in our chest.
Try to breathe into your chest and on the exhale let go of any tension you may be feeling in your chest.
Then soften your belly.
As you're softening the parts of your torso,
Feel that relaxation move into and along your spine.
Letting go of any tension you're holding,
Softening the muscles along your spine.
Relax your hips.
Let the weight of your legs be heavy,
Soft,
And relaxed.
Let your feet relax.
Take a nice slow breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Letting go of any tension that may be coming up.
Blow it away.
Don't let it circle around your body.
Now gently remind yourself,
In this moment,
I am safe.
Let that truth settle into your body ever so gently.
Now imagine a warm golden light just above your head.
It's soft,
It's glowing,
It's peaceful.
This light carries a deep sense of safety,
Of calm,
Of protection.
Allow it to slowly begin flowing down from above your head into your body.
Gently moving through your head,
Calming your thoughts,
Calming your emotions,
Quieting your mind.
Then allow it to slowly move down through your face,
Helping to soften every small muscle in and around your face.
Now allow it to move gently down your neck,
Into your shoulders,
Across your shoulders.
Melting away any tension,
Any tightness,
Any stress that you're hanging on to.
Let that beautiful,
Warm,
Golden light flow down into your chest,
Into your heart space.
Feel the warmth spreading through your chest,
A gentle,
Loving opening.
Breathe nice and slowly.
Now allow this light to continue down into your belly,
Into your hips.
Visualize it gently moving down into your thighs,
Past your knees,
Into your calves and shins,
And all the way into your feet.
Your whole body is now gently glowing with this beautiful,
Warm,
Golden light.
Soft and glowing and peaceful through your whole body.
Now turn your attention inward,
Into your heart,
Into your feelings,
Into your emotions.
Is there any fear or heaviness within you?
Just notice it.
There's no need to fix it.
No need to understand it.
Simply allow it to be seen.
Now imagine that beautiful,
Warm,
Golden light gently surrounding this fear.
Wrapping around it,
Holding it with a loving embrace.
With each exhale,
Feel the fear beginning to soften.
Feel it loosening.
Unraveling.
Dissolving with every breath out.
You are not pushing it away.
You are allowing it to transform.
Just let that beautiful,
Golden light do the work.
Nice gentle breaths in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Helping to move any fear energy out and away.
Allowing it to transform into the light.
Now gently repeat after me.
I am safe in this moment.
I release what I cannot control.
I trust the unfolding of life.
Whatever that looks like.
I am supported even when I cannot see the way.
I choose peace over fear.
Now allow those words to land deeply.
Now imagine roots extending from your body all the way down your legs.
Down into the earth.
Deep,
Strong,
Steady roots all the way down into the earth.
Feel yourself anchoring into the earth.
Very gently,
No effort at all.
And now feel the earth's energy beginning to rise up.
Up through your feet.
Steady,
Nurturing,
Grounding.
Flowing up through your roots,
Into your feet and legs.
All the way up into your body.
Supporting you.
Holding you.
You are not alone.
You are deeply supported.
Now allow a sense of trust to gently expand within you.
A quiet knowing within.
That even in uncertain times,
Life is still unfolding.
With intelligence and purpose.
There is a greater rhythm.
A deeper flow.
And you are part of that.
That beautiful rhythm.
That beautiful flow.
Now quietly in your head,
Repeat after me.
Everything is unfolding for the highest and greatest good of all.
Including me.
Allow yourself to rest in that trust.
That knowing.
Now simply be in this moment.
Resting in this feeling of safety.
Of grounding.
