Morning Grounding & Protection Guided Meditation

Join me as we awaken, grounding to mother earth and rejuvenating our energy followed by a visualization for protection. When you are done, you will be reconnected to the negative charge of mother earth, balancing the positive charge you absorb from the atmosphere and solar radiation. You will feel a renewed sense of balance and an awakening within. You will be surrounded by healing and protective energy and light, as you embark on your busy day ahead. You will be connected and protected before you walk out the door! Upon waking is the best time to follow this practice.
