I'm Lori and welcome to this short positive affirmation and movement exercise designed to create an attitude of gratitude and raise your vibration.
This is a wonderful exercise to perform before heading off on your day as it helps you to release any built up energy and raise your vibration before you step out the door into the world.
The chanting and drumming music you hear was created by the Power Thought Meditation Club and is available for purchase on Amazon.
These musical tones help to open and align with the sulfate geofibrations of your heart,
Throat,
Third eye and crown chakras.
We're going to work through positive affirmations while moving to the rhythm of the music.
The idea here is during this affirmation process,
You move to release any energies within you that need releasing.
These energies may be accumulated stresses or worries.
They may be fears or anxiety.
They may just be excitement energy that has built up that you just need to release.
Regardless of the type of energy stirring inside of you,
We are going to release it today while helping you to develop your own attitude of gratitude and raise your vibration.
So let's just listen to the music and move with it for now.
Whether you feel like tapping your toes,
Rocking your head back and forth,
Maybe swaying to the rhythm or you're inspired to get right up and dance and move around the room,
Whatever works for you,
Do not hold back,
Don't worry about fear or judgment or feeling awkward.
If you have the urge to move,
Get up and move.
So let's just start by getting into the groove of the rhythm,
Connecting with it,
Feel it pulsing through your being and become lost in the rhythm for the next few minutes.
