This is a "get up and move" rhythm and movement exercise to help you increase your joyfulness, energy level and overall vibration, helping you to heal yourself. During this short exercise we go through various positive affirmations highlighting areas of one's life to be grateful for. The solfeggio music you hear in the background can be purchased online and is an amazing tool to help you be present in the rhythm.

Hi,

I'm Lori and welcome to this short positive affirmation and movement exercise designed to create an attitude of gratitude and raise your vibration.

This is a wonderful exercise to perform before heading off on your day as it helps you to release any built up energy and raise your vibration before you step out the door into the world.

The chanting and drumming music you hear was created by the Power Thought Meditation Club and is available for purchase on Amazon.

These musical tones help to open and align with the sulfate geofibrations of your heart,

Throat,

Third eye and crown chakras.

We're going to work through positive affirmations while moving to the rhythm of the music.

The idea here is during this affirmation process,

You move to release any energies within you that need releasing.

These energies may be accumulated stresses or worries.

They may be fears or anxiety.

They may just be excitement energy that has built up that you just need to release.

Regardless of the type of energy stirring inside of you,

We are going to release it today while helping you to develop your own attitude of gratitude and raise your vibration.

So let's just listen to the music and move with it for now.

Whether you feel like tapping your toes,

Rocking your head back and forth,

Maybe swaying to the rhythm or you're inspired to get right up and dance and move around the room,

Whatever works for you,

Do not hold back,

Don't worry about fear or judgment or feeling awkward.

If you have the urge to move,

Get up and move.

So let's just start by getting into the groove of the rhythm,

Connecting with it,

Feel it pulsing through your being and become lost in the rhythm for the next few minutes.

Without further ado,

Welcome back.

Now that we're in a place that aligns our spirit with the music and the rhythm,

Let's start focusing on all the things in your life to be grateful for.

As you tap,

Or sway,

Or move about the room,

I want you to visualize what each affirmation means for you in your life right now,

Today.

And as you visualize what it means,

I want you to feel the emotions and experience the gratitude and joyfulness that you feel when you think about each of these affirmations.

Every new day is a day full of possibilities.

I appreciate all the love and support that I receive from friends and family.

I am so grateful for the joyful moments in every day.

I love that I'm able to help others in my life.

I appreciate the lessons life brings me because they help me grow.

I'm so grateful for the precious moments I get to spend with my family.

I love myself and the path that I'm on in my life.

I am blessed with strength and determination.

Raising my vibration and being joyful helps me to take another step towards my authentic self.

I love the new reality I am creating for myself.

I will strive to share my joy and make someone's day better today.

I am a beacon of positivity in my world.

Today I will smile and say hello to familiar strangers along my path.

I embrace my attitude of gratitude.

I am energized and unstoppable.

Those positive thoughts and zip that all up inside of you secure for your day.

Imagine you have a giant zipper from your toes all the way to the top of your head.

Visualize zipping that zipper all the way up,

Locking in all that positive energy and that high vibration.

Now as you go on with your day,

Your positive energy is protected within,

Helping you to keep your vibration high in spite of whatever challenges come your way today.

This is a great affirmation and movement process to help you release built up energy and raise your own vibrational frequencies.

You want to keep your vibration high around joy and love and healing.

I've moved to Northern Italy recently and have been very stressed out as the virus hit the provinces around us and eventually have had us in lockdown for a month. Now, it's at home in America. This gave me a chance to breathe and forget all this. Tears came to my eyes as I swayed to the music. I'll come back for more. I couldn't finish. My arm was twitching and I felt so emotional from the release of stress. My headache has subsided a bit, too. I'll try to get through the whole meditation tomorrow. Thank you so much.

Amazing! I didn't know what to expect, and was a tad sceptical when I first heard the background beat, the more I listened, the more energised I became. The positive affirmations felt like a mental tonic. .......halfway through I was jiggling along like no one was watching 😁 This is already a bookmarked favourite which I will LOVE using again and again.
