It's time to settle into the joy of the season with this meditation for allowing in the peace! All the hustle and bustle is just exhausting! Let's relax into the peace and joy of this time of year! We deserve it!

Namaste everybody.

Welcome to In the Flow with Laurie Albert.

And you will notice I'm quite a bit calmer today.

Yesterday that energy of the Great Conjunction,

It started for me the night before.

I had so much energy.

There was so much energy in my body.

It was like I was tingling.

There was so much going on in where I was.

I mean I'm really susceptible to like you know new moon,

Full moon,

All of that kind of energy.

I feel it you know a lot and that's great.

I love that right.

But yesterday was so off the charts,

I can't even begin to tell you,

In a good way.

It was in a good way.

Oh my gosh.

It was so amazing.

Just the idea of just the joy of it.

You know there was so much joy.

So yesterday I was so hyper all day long.

I mean I had so much energy.

But what's great is that today I am so tired.

I mean I got up this morning and I thought should I just cancel.

I'm like no.

Spirit was like no get your butt out of bed.

It was great.

So there you go.

So what we're going to do today is I am going to,

We're going to sage.

And I know you guys know how to do this.

But I thought you know what it's sort of the beginning of a new age.

So let's start this all out by saging and purifying our space.

And just because energy is everywhere.

Energy is energy is energy.

So what I'm going to do is I'm going to sage and I'm going to have it be for everybody.

Isn't that cool?

I love like I love the energy of it all.

Okay so what I'm doing is if you can see or hear I'm lighting up my sage here.

Yep and it's taken a while.

Yes it is.

Okay here we go.

So great.

Oh my gosh.

I can already feel the energy.

So great.

So okay.

So say this prayer with me.

I break up and release all stagnant and negative energy from this space.

May peace,

Light,

And divine love protect us and be ever present.

I break up and then bring this in for yourself.

Bring in the sage for yourself.

Isn't that beautiful?

And as I choke on the air.

Okay I'm going to put that away.

Great okay.

So anyway okay so today we're going to go deep into our meditation.

I don't know.

Okay so let's see.

Let's see if everything is beautiful.

Okay we want to get we want to go deep into our meditation today because here's the thing.

Yesterday was the beginning the start of this new age right which I love talking about the age of Aquarius.

I was dancing around yesterday right but today I think it's time to settle in to the joy of this holiday season whether you celebrate Christmas,

Hanukkah,

Or anything else.

It's time to settle in to the joy to the joy of this season.

It's time and it's time to be peaceful.

Aren't we tired of feeling the ridiculous energy that was all over the place right?

I'm so tired and I've said this before tired of feeling the anger.

I'm tired of feeling the sadness.

I'm tired of feeling all of that.

It's time for joy.

It's time for peace.

So let's get ourselves situated,

Comfortable.

Get ourselves comfortable however that looks for you.

Beautiful.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Let it sink into your lungs and release.

Beautiful.

Let's do that one more time and as we breathe in imagine the air that we are breathing in going into every cell into our bodies.

Every cell into our lungs.

Breathe in and release.

Perfect.

Gorgeous.

And as we allow our eyes to flip closed let's consider ourselves sitting in the midst of joy.

Imagine the energy of joy and peace surrounding us.

Imagine the joy being all around us.

Imagine the energy of joy going deep into our being.

The energy of love surrounds us and we need to allow it in.

Let's allow the peace and joy and love of this season into every fiber of our being.

We thank you spirit.

Thank you for all of the range of emotions that we feel because without the lows we cannot appreciate the highs.

And without the high emotion and joy we can't learn from the lows.

We thank you for allowing us to slow down and appreciate the present moment.

Because this present moment is the truth,

Is who we are.

Our mantra for today is all is well right here right now.

All is well right here and right now.

All is well right here right now.

And as we sink into this mantra let us understand the gratitude that we feel for each present moment.

I will keep the time and let's begin.
