Happy 22222.
Today is obviously a high energy day.
Today is about deep awakenings.
Yes,
We're continuing this trend.
There's been so much awakening lately,
Just in general all over the planet.
But today is a big day for this.
22222.
And it is a highly significant day to manifest.
The angel number 22222 tells us to think positively and to trust spirit.
We want to pay attention to our individual relationship with spirit.
And again,
It's a great day to trust and manifest.
The energy feels really pretty good.
So we're going to work on today being positive and creative.
What does that mean?
Why am I saying that?
So all that being said,
Let's jump into the law of attraction.
The law of attraction is one of the laws of the universe.
And interestingly,
With the energy happening today,
This is the law of the universe.
It's like the perfect day to talk about this.
There are a ton of laws.
Today what I want to do is talk about the law of attraction and make it simple to understand.
Or maybe a little bit simpler to understand.
The law of attraction is one of the laws of the universe.
There are all these different laws of the universe.
There's the law of vibration,
The law of cause and effect.
It's that type of thing.
You get the picture,
Right?
It's about the universe and the energy in it.
So that is what all the laws of the universe are.
And yes,
I'm talking about this in the fast mode.
I'm not going to dig deep too much into this because I want to get into the law of attraction.
You may have heard that the law of attraction is described as like attracts like.
A lot of people describe it that way.
In my book on manifestation,
I talk so much about like attracts like and what that means.
So in terms of energy,
What does like attract like mean?
It means that if you live in a place of love emotionally,
Like you tend to love all things,
Yourself,
All of that,
Right?
You attract love into your life.
That is what you attract.
You will attract situations and people into your life that are based in love.
Now,
Conversely,
If you live in a place of frustration,
So many of us do,
Okay?
There's hope,
So don't get all sad about this.
But if you live in a place of frustration continually,
Like at work,
If you go to work and you're in a place of frustration all the time,
Right?
We're in a relationship,
You're always frustrated with your relationship.
Unfortunately that is what you will attract as well.
I know that sounds not so great,
Right?
Now,
This is where and why we talk so much about keeping our vibration high because we don't want to attract more frustrating situations,
Right?
Now here's the caveat to this whole entire thing,
Right?
Sometimes you don't even realize that you might be living in a place of frustration or in lack or dissatisfaction.
You don't necessarily realize.
You think,
Hey,
I'm in a good mood,
You know?
So that's fine.
This is where the work comes in,
Right?
I know.
And that's why I think this is a great day to start really talking about this.
One of the most important things that we can do for ourselves in the manifestation process is to literally,
And I mean that word the way it's supposed to be used,
Pay attention to our thoughts,
The thoughts in our heads,
All of them,
All between 60 and 80,
000 thoughts.
Do you know we have between 60 and 80,
000 thoughts a day,
Right?
So exactly.
We have to pay attention to those.
Yeah,
That sounds daunting,
Doesn't it?
But here's what you do.
I mean,
You're going to miss some,
Obviously I get that,
You know?
But this is what I suggest doing.
And it takes a couple of days,
Right?
Take a few days and solely,
Don't try to manifest anything,
Right?
Solely pay attention to your thoughts.
You got to get yourself where you're started.
You can't just say,
Okay,
I'm going to think positively.
And then it kind of doesn't work like that.
We need to change what's going on inside.
We need to change,
Get rid of that,
You know,
That voice in our head that tells us we don't deserve the life that we choose,
That we want to create.
We have to get rid of that.
We're never going to get rid of it totally.
Otherwise we'd be like crazy manifestors,
Right?
That's just the way we're made.
We have good thoughts,
We have bad thoughts.
It's a matter of managing the good thoughts,
Keeping them as forefront as possible and keeping those other little things that we tell ourselves,
We're not good enough,
You don't deserve this,
Keeping that at bay as much as we can,
Right?
So like I said,
I suggest that you take a few days and solely pay attention to your thoughts,
Whether they're good thoughts or bad thoughts,
Just pay attention,
Just notice them,
Right?
So then the next part is at maybe as we're doing this,
We also then to start to notice what triggers those thoughts.
That is work too.
That's work.
What triggers those thoughts?
Those happy thoughts,
Those sad thoughts,
Those I don't know what to do with my life thoughts.
That person frustrated me,
This person loves me,
I love that person,
I don't love that person,
You know,
All of those thoughts.
I love myself.
Oh no,
I don't like myself too much.
You know what I mean?
All of those thoughts.
What's triggering that?
That is the work,
Right?
Like paying attention,
Writing out.
This is where the journaling comes in.
We write out daily what triggers crappy thoughts,
What triggers happy thoughts.
Happy and crappy.
Oh my God.
Let's,
You know,
But I'm serious though.
Figure out what triggers the happy thoughts and the crappy thoughts.
What triggers the blissful thoughts.
Then as we go through this process,
We can then start to hopefully shift.
This is afterwards,
After a few days of noticing this,
Writing it out maybe,
Shifting the negative thoughts to more positive ones.
So like I said,
This is work.
This is work,
You know.
Now why are we talking about this today?
Because the energy today is just right for this conversation.
Right?
The energy is so amazing for this conversation.
Today 2-22-22 is a powerful day.
The energy today,
I can always feel it.
I actually could already feel it last night.
I mean it was like,
Right?
It's an incredible day to take this on.
And I invite you to do that.
Today is about shifting the energy within our souls to one of positivity,
Balance,
And harmony.
What a better way to start manifesting.
Right?
This is the perfect day to make that start.
This to me is like,
It's like,
You know,
Every day,
You know,
They always say,
Every day is a new day to begin again.
Today is such a great day for that.
So let's get ourselves comfortable.
Let's manifest.
Let's meditate on this and then manifest it all.
Awesome,
Right?
Okay,
So let's all get comfy and let's relax our bodies because there's a lot of high intensity energy.
So let's just relax our bodies,
Relax our minds for a few minutes.
We're not going to do this for very long.
So close your eyes.
Let's take a deep breath in,
Breathing in all of this amazing energy today.
And release it.
Absolutely perfect.
So our mantra for today,
We can take this on today.
We can take this on every day.
Today I surrender to the process of creating a magical life.
Today I surrender to the process of creating a magical life.
Because that's what this is,
Right?
Today I surrender to the process of creating a magical life.
Let's just ponder this and let it sink in.
Because the energy today is going to allow us to conquer all of that.

Focus on your breath.
Breathing in and out as we repeat our mantra for today.

Start to feel that gratitude coming into your soul.

Let's take a nice deep,
Deep breath in very slowly and release.
Finding ourselves to feel that balance and that power of this beautiful energy today.
