Depending on where you are in your breath journey this may either be calming or a little stressful. We'll focus on a longer exhale and start to extend it out as we go. Feel free to take it at your own pace, as always! And you might hear some birds in the background!

Hello everyone,

Welcome to this quick breathwork session.

Today we are going to work on extending the exhale.

So depending on where you are in your breathwork practice,

This could either be easy and relaxing or a little stressful.

So either way,

We'll get through it together.

I hope you enjoy.

You can find an easy seat or come lay down on your back,

Either feet planted,

Knees up or the legs straight out.

Arms can be wherever they're comfortable.

Just start to bring some awareness to the breath.

Notice where it's going,

How it's entering and leaving your body.

Notice the space between the breath.

Or maybe the lack of space between the breath.

Wherever you are,

Start to take inhales and exhales through the nose,

Sealing the lips.

You can use it ocean breath or Ujjayi Pranayama,

Which is a slight constriction of the back of the throat,

Like you're fogging up the mirror with your mouth closed.

And once you found that after your next exhale,

Inhale for 321.

Hold 321 exhale 65432.

One pause 321 inhale 321 pause 321 exhale 65432.
