Happiness begins by loving yourself. This meditation will help you get started on your journey. Self-love determines what you do and do not allow into your life. In reverse, this means that if you want to uplevel the quality of your life externally - you have to start with yourself, internally. This is where meditation comes in. Meditation is the fastest, most direct route to self-awareness, forgiveness, compassion and self-acceptance. Enjoy!

Let's meditate slowly softly close your eyes and take a few breaths in and out with your full awareness at your breath no need to try and change anything just be aware and notice how you're breathing in and out and notice when you're breathing in your belly expands,

Becomes bigger and when you're breathing out your belly shrinks,

Becomes small now let's relax all parts of our body starting with top of our head all the way down till the tips of our toes take a deep breath in and out relax your head,

Your face,

Your throat,

Your neck release any tension or any thoughts you may feel take a deep breath in and out relax your shoulders,

Your upper arms,

Lower arms,

Hands and fingers take another deep breath in and out relax your chest,

Your belly,

Your back and release any tension,

Any stress take another deep breath in and out relax your hips,

Your upper legs,

Your knees take another deep breath in and out relax your lower legs,

Your feet and your toes release everything all the way down to the earth and now imagine how you're standing tall just like a tree that you're growing roots from the soles of your feet all the way down deep into the earth rooting you and grounding you and helping you to stand strong and feel empowered at the same time imagine how there is this bright silver light shining from the top of your head all the way up to the sky and feel how you're being strongly rooted into the earth while being highly connected into the sky now imagine how both your roots and your light meet each other halfway in your belly right around your belly button,

The center of your body and now imagine how there is this beautiful bright red heart and place it right there inside your belly where the roots and the light meet imagine this beautiful red heart in your belly and anytime you breathe in this heart expands and grows bigger and brighter and more and more beautiful and keep breathing in and out with your full awareness with this heart in the center of your body you may repeat with me silently within yourself the following mantra I am loved,

I love myself I am loved,

I love myself I am loved,

I love myself I am loved,

I love myself I am loved,

I love myself keep repeating this mantra in your own rhythm while keeping your awareness with this beautiful bright red heart inside your belly I am loved,

I love myself I am loved,

I love myself and if you notice any distractions that's okay,

Simply gently bring your awareness back to the heart and the mantra deep inside your belly I am loved,

I love myself I am loved,

I love myself I am loved,

I love myself I am loved,

I love myself I am loved,

I love myself whenever you're ready you may gently release the mantra let it float away then bring your awareness back to this beautiful red heart in the center of your body and with every in-breath feel the heart expand,

Become bigger and brighter and now you may also gently release the heart let it float away into the space deepen your breath,

Feel your whole body fill up with air and feel how the air is going in and out of your body now gently let your awareness float back to the surface back to the space around you you may notice any sounds around,

Maybe feel the air brush your skin take another deep breath in,

Fill your body with air and deep breath out whenever you're ready take your time gently wiggle your fingers and toes gently stretch your neck whenever you're ready you may slowly and softly open your eyes welcome back
