This is a brand new sparkling year of learning,
Connecting,
Growing,
Loving and thriving.
How empowered are you sitting here at the brink of it all,
Taking time to intentionally show up as your best and whole self in this moment?
Woo!
I am proud of you.
This won't take long,
But will have a major impact on how you flow through the dance that is this coming school year.
A few things to remember,
You are currently in the adjustment phase,
Starting a new cycle,
Just like Mother Earth is going from summer to fall.
Give yourself rest and choose healthy,
High vibrational food to fuel your body and your mind.
You'll feel better and the transition will be smooth.
You got this.
You create your life.
If you want to have a calm life,
Be calm.
If you want a peaceful life,
Choose peace when you would normally choose chaos.
If you want a fun life,
Take more time to celebrate the little things.
Plan fun into your day and smile more.
If you want an easy life,
Choose ease.
One day at a time,
One moment at a time.
Everything cannot and will not be finished in a day.
Just do your best and trust the process.
Now take a moment to sit or lie down.
And I'd like you to notice the world around you with your eyes closed.
Are you warm or cool?
What does the room smell like?
What sounds do you hear around you?
Just breathe and notice.
How do you feel?
Are you relaxed or a bit on edge?
Breathe into any stickiness or tension you feel.
This is a brand new sparkling school year and you are the leader of your path.
You are the captain of your ship.
You are the head honcho in charge.
The world needs your light and in a unique way you think,
Dress,
Talk,
Look and act.
Don't be afraid to let your light shine bright.
Dare to be different.
The world needs your magic.
That means that your flyness has nothing to do with the clothes you wear or the things you have.
Your cool is being you.
Now smile and allow yourself to feel excited.
This is a new beginning.
You are smart and capable.
And at the end of this year,
You will be 365 times smarter than you are now.
Whoa.
You are kind and beautiful.
And at the end of this year,
You will be 365 times more kind and beautiful.
And that twinkle in your eye will be brighter than it's ever been.
There will be challenges.
Just remember that you decide your life.
And everything will always work out.
Before you surf the waves of a brand new sparkling school year,
I'd like you to think about what kind of year you'd like to have.
Who will you be this year?
And what will you do?
When we are intentional and take time to think about what we'd like to experience,
We bring those experiences closer to us.
You just started to create your school year.
Know that anything is possible.
