Setting an intention is an incredibly powerful action when it's connected to your heart.

An intention really is the driving force behind your goals,

Behind your vision,

Like your purpose or what you're driven to bring more of into your life.

It's the why that is deeply embedded in your heart,

Your reason for doing that truly means something to you and it can become the guiding light for you to design your actions,

Your behaviors,

Your habits and rituals by.

When it comes to setting an intention for this experience you're about to go through to simplify your flow within your business,

Try not to overthink what comes to you naturally but rather trust in your subconscious mind to show you the intention that you can set to support you in this phase of your growth.

You can now begin to close your eyes and focus in on your breath.

Uncross your legs,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Perhaps giving a little roll to your neck.

It's really relaxing into your body now,

Bringing awareness to that breath,

Allowing any outside noises that you may be hearing,

Allowing them to bring you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Just listening to my breath as I speak,

To my voice,

Allow you to go deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Feeling so calm,

So relaxed.

And as you exhale,

Each exhale now,

You will find any stress and tension simply melting away,

Just making room for you to inhale beautiful new energy,

A new light full of positivity and relaxation.

And in a moment now,

I invite you to take three deep breaths.

And as you breathe in,

Just feel this beautiful positive relaxation energy.

As you breathe in,

You can hold this breath at the top.

And as you exhale,

You can feel any tension simply leaving the body.

Taking another deep breath here,

Breathing in this relaxation.

Holding this breath and slowly exhaling any tension that you may feel.

Taking this third deep breath now,

Breathing in deeply this beautiful positive relaxation breath,

Holding this feeling at the top.

Now exhaling any remaining tension here,

Any fluttering of your eyes,

Calmness of your breath,

Just show you how deeply relaxed you're becoming.

You can begin to just welcome more of this relaxation with each and every breath that you take.

And now with this feeling of complete mental relaxation,

We can begin this process of complete physical relaxation,

Inviting more calm into your body now.

Bringing your attention to the top of your head,

Feeling any tiny hairs here at the top of your head,

Just inviting this feeling of relaxation to your scalp,

Feeling this relaxation.

Just move with each and every breath down your body to your upper back,

On your spine,

To your waist,

To your hips now,

Down the back of your legs,

Feeling so relaxed with each and every breath,

This feeling of relaxation just moving down your body.

Feeling now this relaxation move from the backs of your legs to the bottoms of your feet,

To the tips of your toes,

And with each and every breath just feeling more relaxed,

So very relaxed.

With your next breath here,

Your next inhale,

Bringing this attention back to the top of your head,

This time feeling this relaxation move to the front of your face,

To your eyebrows,

To your cheeks,

The corners of your eyes,

Feeling this relaxation just moving into your jaw,

Your ears,

Your neck,

Feeling with this next breath this relaxation moving down to your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your wrists,

All the way to your fingertips.

With this breath now inviting this relaxation to move down the front of your body,

Down to your belly button,

The front of your legs,

Down to the tips of your toes.

Again with each and every breath just feeling even more and more and more relaxed,

So very relaxed,

Just knowing that each and every sound and the outside sounds that you hear will just allow you to go deeper and deeper into relaxation,

And just allowing this breath to create more calm,

More ease,

Feeling the sense of this intention that you had set for yourself,

Starting to feel what it feels like to just really embody this intention.

As you find yourself here focusing on this breath,

This feeling of your intention,

You can find yourself now within your mind's eye,

You can begin to visualize yourself standing in front of a set of stairs before you take any step down these stairs.

There's a few things you may notice.

You may notice two beautiful handrails on either sides of these stairs,

The beautiful light beaming on each stair,

Each of the 10 stairs that are here before you.

And in a moment when you begin walking down these stairs,

You will begin to find yourself going deeper and deeper with each and every step that you take.

And it's important to note that at the bottom of the staircase,

You will have full access to your subconscious mind.

With each step that you take you will go deeper and deeper and at the count of zero,

You will be in a deeper sleep,

Feeling so relaxed at ease,

Stepping in further and further into your intention that you're inviting in to feel more grounded,

Connected with this intention.

You can go ahead now and grab the handrail,

Taking your first step down the stairs,

10,

Going deeper and deeper,

9,

Feeling so relaxed,

8,

7,

Your mind is at ease,

6,

With each number I count from here on out,

You will go 10,

000 times deeper,

5,

4,

10,

000 times deeper with each and every step from here on out,

3,

Deeper and deeper,

2,

10,

000 times deeper than before,

1,

And 0.

So you find yourself here now at the bottom of these stairs,

You begin to feel as though you're feeling even more relaxed,

Going deeper and deeper with each and every breath that you take.

And here now at the bottom of these stairs within your subconscious mind,

You will notice a door just in front of you here,

You can begin to notice the handle to this door and in a moment,

Once you go ahead and walk through this door,

You will notice on the other side,

You will find yourself in a control room.

This is your control room within your subconscious mind.

So I invite you to go ahead now open this door with this handle that you see,

Walk through this doorframe and simply begin to observe what you find here in this control room.

You may be noticing different screens,

Sets of buttons,

Different knobs,

Switches,

Feeling this feeling of calm and relaxation and safety within this room,

Your control room.

Just take a moment here to really observe what you see.

Noticing those tiny knobs,

Buttons,

Switches that you see.

And as you continue to explore the different colors,

Shapes,

Materials,

Switches,

Knobs and buttons,

Perhaps you just notice a certain knob with this label of your intention.

So whatever your intention was that you set before you notice here in your room,

This control room,

You notice a knob labeled with this intention.

And you can go ahead now by simply just touching this knob.

As you touch this knob,

You may begin to feel a greater intensity of this intention,

Feeling more connected to this intention.

And I invite you now to simply turn up this knob one or two little notches and just feeling with each notch that you increase this knob for this intention.

You can just begin to feel this intention illuminating and feeling your body,

Your heart,

Your mind,

Your soul,

And just feeling this feeling of this intention even more deeply.

Just pausing once you've turned up this intention knob and just taking this moment to really let this feeling of this intention just sink in more and more and more and more.

Taking a few breaths here to really just notice what this feels like.

Just knowing,

Feeling now that perhaps this knob is connected to your intention even if it might not look like the knob turns any further.

Perhaps it does.

Perhaps you can try again to turn this knob higher and higher.

Perhaps one or two more notches.

Just begin to imagine now,

Now that you feel this intention even more intensely,

Perhaps it's showing up even more and more within your mind perhaps.

You're beginning to imagine how exactly this intention might show within the next few hours or days.

Just taking a moment here to continue to feel this intensity of this intention visualizing the impact,

The action,

Or just the simple beingness of what it's like to live and feel this intention.

Feeling this knowingness that as you connect with this intention deeper and deeper and are turning the intensity of this intention up within yourself.

And of course you will be so easily able to attract and live in and feel and breathe into this intention.

And now even if your notch doesn't look like they exist past the notches that you've already turned your knob up to,

Perhaps you have this feeling that what will happen if I just continue to turn up this knob one more time.

Perhaps realizing with this touch that you're able to turn it up even more and more and more feeling this intention,

Visualizing what this intention might look like in the next few hours,

Days,

The next week,

Perhaps even just the next few minutes.

Just allowing this intention to truly just show up and feel into your heart,

Into your body,

Into your mind.

Feeling this knowingness that by setting this intention,

By owning this intention,

By sharing this intention that you'll be able to just show up as simply moving through the next few minutes,

Hours,

Days,

Just trusting that this intention is going to show up with you.

That you're going to be living in it,

Allowing any thoughts or other feelings that are creeping up that might be telling you otherwise,

Inviting them to the corners of this control room and just simply breathing into and feeling this beautiful intention become even more powerful than any outside noise,

Any limiting beliefs or thoughts that are popping up,

Thanking them but just feeling this knowingness and trust and confidence in this intention that it is such a powerful part of you.

One of the greatest reasons and beliefs for doing and inviting the things that you want to allow to guide you in your life,

Your work or whatever it is you want to attach these intentions to.

Now that you've taken a moment to just really absorb this intention into being,

You can just take a moment within this control room,

Within your control room to just really acknowledge that no matter what you have going on in your life that might be out of your control,

That might not be accessible within your control room,

That you have this beautiful ability to access these other parts of your being,

Of your life,

Of your mind,

Your subconscious mind to really turn up or down any of these switches that will allow you to step in or feel into a certain intention or feeling,

Perhaps turn down other thoughts or feelings that might not be aligned,

Your heart,

Your intentions,

Just knowing that this feeling of this intention will always be with you because it is not only within your mind and your heart but is truly part of your purpose and the part of your heart that is leading you to the most beautiful things,

The most beautiful feelings that you yourself desire and are trusting to feel into this feeling of intention.

And you can take a moment here to just simply thank your subconscious mind for showing you exactly what it is you need right now within this intention and just seeing and feeling and reconnecting with this intention within yourself.

Just beginning to focus with this feeling into your breath,

Turning your focus to this breath.

And in a moment now,

I will count up from zero to five and at the count of five,

You will be feeling better than you have in a very long time.

Zero,

Going deeper still.

One,

Feeling good,

Very calm and relaxed,

Coming out slowly.

Two,

Trusting the process and the sense of knowingness and the sense of calmness and lightness with this intention that you've set for yourself that it will stay with you.

Three,

Starting to feel as if you're waking up from a long,

Relaxing nap and washing your face with cool spring water,

Feeling so refreshed.

Four,

Becoming more and more aware of your surroundings.

And five,

Eyes wide open,

Wide awake,

Feeling better than you have in a very long time.
