Let's just begin with the legs hip width apart.
Make sure that you can open and stretch your arms without hitting any wall.
We're going to bend a little bit the knees,
Do a little bit of a shake to start.
Inhale to the nose,
Exhale to the mouth.
Shaking the body for three more breaths Inhale to the nose,
Out the mouth.
One more breath.
Bye-bye.
Coming back to stillness,
We're going to do a three-stroke inhale,
Meaning we're going to inhale in three parts,
Moving our arms.
So the knees a little bit bent,
You're going to inhale,
Cross the arms,
Inhale,
Open the arms,
Inhale,
Arms up,
And as you exhale,
You release all the way down,
Bend the knees,
Abdomen to thighs,
And bring the hands up.
So it's inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale and release.
We're going to do this movement for around one minute or two.
So take a deep breath,
Hands next to your body.
Exhale out the mouth.
And let's start.
You can choose to exhale out of the mouth or the nose.
Always inhale through the nose.
Keep going.

Take a deep inhale,
Bring the hands up.
And as you exhale,
Start to tap the crown of your head,
Your skull,
Your face.
Just let your body freely tap all of your head.
When you feel ready to the shoulders,
The chest.
The belly,
The side body.
The arms.
Let your body freely tap.
Top,
Top,
Top.
Don't forget the back,
The legs.
Let's do three more breaths.
Tap in wherever you feel like.
Coming to tap the heart center.
Tapping the bottom of your shoulders.
The ribs to the side.
Now just sweep the hands all over your body.
Rub the palms of the hands together.
Exhale,
Bring the hands wherever you wish in your body.
Bringing that smile into your face.
Smiling into this moment,
Into this present.
Smiling to yourself,
Your life,
Nature all around you.
