Today we're going to focus on tapping into the frequency of gratitude.
No matter where you are in your life,
There's always something you can feel grateful for.
And tapping into that vibration instantly raises your frequency,
Making you a magnet to miracles.
So,
We're going to awaken your soul with gratitude.
As you take a slow,
Deep breath in,
Thank yourself for showing up to this meditation today.
And as you exhale,
Let go of whatever it is you need to do later.
Allow yourself to be in this present moment by focusing on your breath and the sound of my voice.
And whenever your mind begins to wander,
Just come back to focusing on your inhales and your slow,
Deep exhales.

Down your legs,
All the way out your toes.
Beginning to place one hand on your heart and the other hand on top.
You have so much to be grateful for.
A restful night,
A warm,
Cozy bed to sleep in,
A roof over your head,
Oxygen between your lungs,
A healthy body to move you,
People that love you.
Breathe in and feel the energy of gratitude expand within your body.
And breathe out,
Feeling it radiate all around you.
Soaking in that energy for just a moment.
Now begin to set an intention for your day today.
What is it that you want to step into?
Think about how you're going to conquer your day,
How you're going to be,
Knowing that this day was perfectly made just for you.
Awaken your soul with gratitude and go forth into your day knowing that you are capable of amazing things.
I want you to imagine that your body is wrapped in a blanket of white,
Bright,
Warm light,
The light of gratitude that comes from within.
Awakening your soul this morning,
Having gratitude simply because you exist.
You are a powerful human being full of incredible gifts.
Share them with this world on this beautiful day.
Lead with that big,
Grateful heart.
Open it up to the possibilities and the opportunities that await you today.
Taking another deep breath in,
Filling up with gratitude.
And exhaling it out,
Vowing to yourself that you will do everything in your power to have a great day.
Beginning to gently draw your chin towards your chest.
Slightly rocking your neck from side to side,
Allowing your body to gently awaken.
Stretching any part of your body that might still be stiff or sore.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Allow yourself to awaken with gratitude,
An open heart,
And an open mind.
