Welcome to this guided meditation for releasing negative energy and attracting positive energy.
For optimal results,
Do this meditation daily for 21 consecutive days.
When you are ready,
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting down with your spine long and your hands on your thighs with your palms facing upward,
Or you can lie down on your back with your hands by your sides and your palms facing upward.
Feel your body coming into full relaxation by connecting with your breath.
Inhale deeply and exhale fully.
Invite your full attention to flow with your breath,
Allowing it to flow within its natural rhythm as you remain present in the moment,
Focusing on the beauty of each inhalation and exhalation.
As you continue with this breath,
Notice any area of the body where you feel negativity and tension,
And with every inhalation,
Send the breath to that area.
Expel all that negativity and tension with every exhalation.
For the next few breaths,
Repeat this process.
Notice how much lighter your body feels with every exhalation as you continue to expel the negativity and tension that has been weighing you down for some time.
Now begin to feel a white glowing energy source circling your body.
This is the powerful energy source from which all things emanate into being that can be used to manifest your highest good.
With every breath,
Bring this white luminous source of energy into your body so that it can purify your cells and heal you from the inside out.
This light is bringing pure positive energy into your life while purging any negative energy or tension that your body may be holding onto.
Remember that positive energy cannot live where negative energy resides,
And negative energy cannot live where positive energy resides.
Let all that negative energy go because it no longer serves you,
And fill that space up with only positive energy.
Feel this luminous positive energy washing away any negative energy that remains.
Feel the warmth of your body as it fills up with positive energy.
Silently label how this positive energy is making you feel.
Be joyful,
Motivated,
Giving,
Beautiful,
Peaceful,
Comfortable,
Balanced,
And full of energy.
Be balanced,
Welcoming.
As you continue to feel these positive emotions,
You will begin to attract positive experiences and positive people into your life.
Because like attracts like.
Now that you are in this positive state of mind,
Focus on the things you would like to attract in your life that will recreate these positive feelings for you.
Remember,
Like attracts like.
The more positive you are,
The more positive things you will attract.
With time and continued practice of this meditation,
You will experience this beautiful,
Luminous,
Positive energy freely circulating throughout your body at all times.
Your personal brilliance will shine and you will begin to experience abundance,
Joy,

As this practice comes to an end,
Begin by wiggling your toes and gently moving your head from side to side.
You may now go forth and shine this light of positivity for all and be nourished yourself by it.
This supply is endless.
