Hello,

And welcome to this meditation to boost your confidence.

My voice will be your guide for today.

Find a comfortable position and connect to your breath.

Exhale for four counts and exhale for six counts.

Continue with this breath rhythm for a few more breaths.

And as you continue with this rhythm,

Notice your body relaxing from head to toe.

The muscles on your face relaxed.

Your forehead relaxed.

Your cheeks relaxed.

Your jaw relaxed.

Your neck relaxed.

Your shoulders relaxed.

Your collarbone relaxed.

Your back relaxed.

Your chest relaxed.

Your arms,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands,

And fingers relaxed.

Your abdomen relaxed.

Your pelvis relaxed.

Your glutes relaxed.

Your thighs,

Legs,

Ankles,

Feet,

And toes all relaxed.

Everything in your body is now fully relaxed.

You are now fully relaxed and in a deep state of consciousness.

In this deep state of consciousness,

You can see two sides of yourself.

One side has a dark light surrounding it,

A sad face,

And is mumbling phrases like,

I can't do this.

No one will listen to me.

I don't know what I'm doing.

This is the side of you that is constantly second guessing yourself,

Ruminating over past events and conversations.

This is your inner critic that has been holding you back from your goals and dreams for the longest time.

The other side has a bright light surrounding it and a smile and is mumbling phrases like,

I can do this.

People listen to what I have to say.

I know what I'm doing.

This is the side of you that knows who you are,

What you're capable of,

And is ready to take on new challenges with confidence and intellectual curiosity.

In this moment,

You have the power to shrink the dark voice and amplify the bright voice.

With every breath,

Visualize the dark light shrinking as the sound of the voice gets less and less audible.

As this dark light is shrinking,

You are releasing any and all limiting beliefs tied to it,

And you notice your body feeling lighter,

More positive,

And more confident.

The dark light is gone and so are all the negative thoughts and self-deprecating phrases.

You have now created space for the bright light to grow.

Next,

Focus your attention on the bright light and with every breath,

Visualize the light getting brighter and the voice getting louder.

You can now hear the voice clearly affirming your capabilities to achieve your highest and wildest goals.

With every breath,

Repeat what your inner voice is saying.

I am confident and strong.

I believe in myself and my capabilities to achieve my highest goals.

I am skilled and continue to learn new things every day.

I have or can easily get everything I need to succeed.

I know I can face every challenge with ease.

There is nothing I cannot overcome.

All I need to succeed is within me.

I am in full control of my life and don't need the approval of others to make decisions.

I am enough.

I choose to trust the process.

I can do anything I set my mind to.

My power is unlimited.

As your confidence grows,

You're finding yourself more driven to stretch your abilities.

You are no longer paralyzed by your thoughts,

But rather self-assured that you will figure everything out.

This confidence now gives you the skills and coping methods to handle setbacks and failure.

You realize that even though some things don't work out the way you intended,

That you've learned a valuable lesson that will serve you in your next endeavor.

This lesson is a strong asset to your skill set.

You can continue to push yourself to try new things,

Learn more about yourself,

And grow as a person.

This confidence also improves your relationships with others.

You become more magnetic and more people are attracted to you.

You can genuinely engage with others because you know that you have what it takes to help them.

You even enjoy your interactions more,

You smile more,

And your relaxed state helps to put others at ease,

Allowing you to develop deeper and more meaningful connections.

With this,

You are also able to become more present and create more happiness in your life.

Your actions are aligned with your principles and the purpose you've set for yourself.

With this confidence,

You are more anchored in who you really are.

You know that you are not perfect,

But that's what makes you unique and it doesn't change your self-worth.

As this meditation comes to a close,

Notice the difference in your body from when you started.

Be grateful to yourself for taking the time you needed to honor your body in this moment of self-care and self-love.

With consistent practice of this meditation,

You will be more connected to your true self.

You'll know who you are and what you stand for.

You'll have the skills to show up,

Stand up,

And speak up so that your best self can shine through.
