Welcome.
I'm Laura Hackl.
Today I'm going to guide you on a meditation from overwhelm to ease.
As everything is accelerating in the world today and the energy is rapidly shifting,
As the pandemic continues,
There's so many ways to feel overwhelmed.
Maybe you can connect into what responsibilities you have or what responsibilities others have of you.
And our goal today is going to be to release those that are not serving you and to bring in a sense of ease to create more space and time in your life.
So as we get started,
I want you to first just take a couple of deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And another one in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And one last one.
And feel yourself grounded wherever you are,
Whether you're sitting up or whether you're laying down.
Give yourself to be fully present,
Permission to be present for these next 10 to 15 minutes to be in partnership with your soul.
So as you next breathe in,
I invite you to say a protection prayer after me.
And it goes,
I am the light.
The light is within me.
The light moves throughout me.
The light surrounds me.
The light protects me.
I am the light.
And feel your own light,
Feel the inner part of you.
And with your next breath in,
Inviting your spirit,
Your guides,
Your higher power,
Whether that's God or Mother Nature,
The angels or the fairies.
And as I ring these bells,
Just allow that sense that they're with you to just flood through you.
And now I'm going to ask you to connect to what feels like overwhelm in your life.
And as you connect,
I want you to give it permission to let it go gently and easily.
You might imagine it as you're wearing all of these different coats and it's time to take them off one at a time.
You might feel it sliding off of you.
You might experience it burning off you.
However it is would be fine.
And I invite you to use either the color pink or orange or purple to just give permission for that overwhelm to go.

If you can hear my voice,
I invite you to imagine what your life would look like filled with peace and ease.
What if you had more than enough time for everything?
What if you woke up in the morning and you had a few minutes to enjoy yourself?
What would that look like?
What would that feel like?
I want you to imagine a day that feels filled with peace.
And imagine letting that,
The energy of that,
Fill your body as the sound fills your body.
Allow it to fill your body.
And you may also have a color that comes in for you.
A pink or an orange or a purple color.
And so feel free to allow that to flow in as well.

Slowly as you're ready,
You make your way back to present time and present place.
Thanking your spirit,
Thanking your guides and ask them to continue to guide you to peace and ease and flow.
And my invitation for you is to begin to look for it everywhere,
To expect to find it.
And when you find it,
Be oh so grateful for it.
And if you begin to feel the tendrils of overwhelm,
Reaching back in,
Simply breathe in whatever color you were working with and whatever mantra came to you,
Whatever words,
I am peace.
And imagine all of the space opening up in front of you,
Imagining that you have infinite time and infinite space and that you're deserving of choosing what goes in your day,
That you get to pick what works for you.
May you experience peace in every moment.
