Welcome to Restorative Sleep.
I'm Laura Hackl and the Crystal Bowls and I today will be guiding you through a process to set yourself up to regenerate your cells while you're sleeping.
So start by just taking a deep breath in and out.
And as you breathe in and out,
Allow yourself to just be present wherever you are.
If you're laying in your bed,
Just breathe in and imagine you're surrounded by a bubble of beautiful gold light.
And allow the gold light to move throughout you and all within you with the intention that any emotions,
Any events of the day that are on your mind,
Imagine your mind is a library and you're pulling the books out for the day and you're placing them in a safe place where you can pick them up tomorrow.
And if you've had any conversations today that were disturbing or thought provoking or raised emotions,
Put them aside as well.
And if you have any anxiety,
Nervousness around what's coming up tomorrow,
Simply release that as well.
Imagine you're in a tug of war with anxiety and you just let go of your end of the rope.
And as the gold light continues to flow around you,
Allow whatever you don't need to carry into sleep,
Allow it to float gently away.

And I invite you to put your hands over your heart and feel your heart beating and continue to breathe in and invite in your spirit,
Invite in your guides,
Invite in your higher power,
Whether that's God,
Mother Nature,
The angels,
The fairies,
Whatever you believe in.
And imagine that they're surrounding you and holding you in a gentle embrace.
And as you feel their love and support,
If there's anything you're still holding on to,
Imagine that you're handing it over to them,
That they're gracefully and gratefully receiving whatever you want them to hold so you don't have to worry about it.
Whatever might be on your calendar tomorrow that you're nervous about or that you're unsure about or that you care deeply about,
Simply hand over the expectations of results to them for right now and ask them to work on your highest and best behalf.
And as you prepare to drift off into sleep,
Set your intention that all of your guides and angels,
All of your spiritual support from the universe,
Aligns to heal your physical,
Emotional,
Spiritual body and step into trust that exactly what gets to be released will be while you put your focus on what you're grateful for today,
What you're grateful for in life,
Who you're grateful for.
And start with yourself.
What can you be grateful for about yourself,
Your great big heart,
Your smile,
The care and concern you show for others,
Your leadership,
Using your voice?
Find the ways today where you created and made a difference in the world.
And I invite you to choose an area that you'd like to be in.
And I invite you to choose an area that you'd like to magnify,
Whether you want to bring in more love or peace,
More wisdom,
Gratitude,
Whether you want to bring in joy,
Health,
Abundant health,
Divine health.
Select one and know that it's a select one and begin to daydream as you drift off and allow yourself to focus on what would your life look like with divine health,
With joy,
With abundance,
With ease,
Peace or flow,
Whichever you chose.
