Being a musician and also user of singing bowls as well as one who studies all types of energy, I was aware that tbinrations and pitch are important, so I was excited and not surprised with this meditation. I felt.the vibrations throughout (I place my device on my chest). Her guidance is also well done- she guides with visualization but let's you flow without forcing you to be absolutely specific. She then.leaves you to allow the bowls do the work and that they do. My only. Minor criticism is that there were parts where there was clipping, and I don't know if the recording equipment was gating the frequencies or some other phenomenon. But this was minor.

I was a bit surprised at the effectiveness of this meditation. Thank you 🙏
