Integrating all aspects of yourself requires one to be able to not only identify the parts that have become fragmented.

It also requires you to love and accept your authentic self.

This is the secret sauce of healing.

Recognition,

Integration,

And acceptance.

This imagery meditation is a journey into the self.

Let's explore your authenticity by tapping into your values so that you can live according to your true identity.

Your values are able to give you a shining light into who you truly are.

Slowly begin to deepen your breath.

Notice how the cool air caresses your nose as you inhale.

And the warm air releases as you exhale.

Allow each breath to be full and deep.

Creating some movement with the breath.

Allowing the belly to expand as you inhale.

And the navel to draw towards the spine as you exhale.

Maybe allow your shoulders to rise just a bit as you inhale.

And as you exhale,

Soften them and move them away from the ears.

Begin to sink deeper into your connection with self by relaxing into your body.

Invite a feeling of relaxation to fill you.

Allow it to enter through your feet.

Experience a heaviness that invites you to loosen the joints and muscles and tendons in your feet.

Give way for this sensation to drift up towards your ankles,

Shins,

And calves.

As you breathe,

Completely relax your lower legs.

Allow this relaxation to permeate the tops and the bottoms of your knees.

Allow the relaxation to continue to journey like a river flowing towards your upper legs.

Let the muscles of your legs completely soften.

Feeling heavy and relaxed.

Relax your hips and pelvis.

Relax all of the surrounding muscles within the space of your glutes,

Your groin.

Let each muscle feel as though it is melting off of the bone.

Feel your stomach and lower back relaxing.

All of your muscles giving up their hold.

Fill the space with your breath.

Experience some lightness.

Feel this release in your chest,

Your back,

And the sides of your body.

Allow each breath,

Each intention to deepen you into the space of relaxation.

Letting your hands relax away from any sort of tension.

Allow your fingertips,

Your wrists,

Your arms,

Your elbows,

Everything to be as loose and heavy as possible.

Relax your shoulders.

Feeling them lowering slightly.

Finding a way to feel as comfortable in the position that you are in.

Free from all tension.

Breathe and relax your neck.

Soften out the muscles and the space of your face and the top of your head.

Breathe in and feel your entire body relaxing.

Now that you're settled,

Turn your attention inward.

Go deep inside.

Journey to find your authentic self.

Reflect upon your values.

What do you hold most important to you in your life?

What do you value?

What is your truth right now in this moment?

Breathe into this space as you explore and feel into your values.

The values that came up for you are a composition of your sacred soul resonance.

The root of who you are.

If you are being true to your soul resonance,

Your values and core beliefs will drive your behavior.

Take a breath and wade through the possible muck of your belief systems.

Discern limiting beliefs and your core beliefs.

Notice where you tighten in your body and where you relax as you explore.

Discern what is yours,

What is true and what has been learned and goes against your authentic self.

Breathe and allow.

You are living in your divinity when you are true to your values.

If honesty is something that you value,

This is reflected in your life by being truthful to who you are and how you share yourself with the world.

If connection and family is something you value deeply,

Perhaps this is reflected in the time you spend with your loved ones.

Feel into your values and how you can integrate them into your day to day life.

Consider what else makes you who you are.

Remembering and identifying your authentic self involves remembering who you truly are.

The real you.

The expansive being that you are truly meant to be.

Your authentic self is the being you are at your core.

The being you can be if you don't allow anything to hold you back.

Breathe into that.

Breathe into the core of you.

As your authentic self begins to emerge,

Envision the person you are and that you believe yourself to be right now.

If you aren't quite sure who you are,

It's okay.

Notice yourself in this beautiful vision going about your day as you usually do.

Imagine that you are watching yourself.

Observe your usual activities.

See yourself rising in the morning,

Going about your day.

Envision the things that you do and see yourself doing them.

Picture this being,

You,

Walking into an empty room.

Imagine watching this being.

Observe.

Now imagine you can strip away all the things that hold you back from your full potential.

Imagine self-doubt dissolving and instead confidence and self-assurance exists.

Imagine fear dissolving and being replaced with love.

Love has no opposition.

See this being before you.

Imagine all the things that get in the way.

Circumstances.

Perceived lack of resources.

An inability to forgive.

Dis-ease.

Baggage from the path.

Any learned beliefs or programming.

Anything that is holding this divine being back in any way at all.

Take a deep inhale.

And as you exhale,

Feel these problems,

Blockages,

And limitations dissolving,

Disappearing,

Moving away from you.

What is left?

Who is this being?

When all those barriers are stripped away,

This being is you.

Imagine who you are at the core.

Feel the purity of your authentic self.

Everything that has left you,

Everything that has gotten in the way of complete self-expression is gone.

Who is this ethereal,

Abundant,

Thriving,

Light-filled being?

You may only have a vague picture in your mind right now.

But let's allow this picture to come into focus.

Breathe and allow it to become clear.

Feel into what motivates you.

What moves your behavior.

What truly catches your interest.

What's caught your interest in the past.

What allows you to take inspired action.

What sets your soul on fire.

You are full.

You are in your simplest form.

No fears.

No doubt.

What exists here for you?

Feel into your energy.

Have you been moving and going when in reality you're calm and want to be more laid back?

Have you been in the shadows and stunted or quiet when in reality your energy wants to blossom and bloom?

What do you appreciate?

What do you admire?

What do you enjoy?

What brings you pleasure?

Invite them into your body.

Invite them into your space.

Your auric field.

Allow this to permeate all the way through to your core.

Reintegrate this into your life because this is who you are.

What you are meant to experience.

When all of the fear and the barriers are removed,

What is left?

Deepen now into your younger self.

Invite in a happy memory.

A joy filled moment.

See the joy and potential in your younger self.

Who is this being?

What makes this child who she is?

Invite in the characteristics that you share right now with this child.

In what ways are you the same?

In what ways does your current life differ from your life as a child?

What have you learned?

How have you grown?

What has changed?

Can you remember your raw form?

See the world through your younger self's eyes.

Hope.

Joy.

Fun.

Laughter.

Bliss.

Feel into the hopes you had.

The dreams that you had.

They are deeply rooted and connected to your authentic self.

They are connected to your true self.

Breathe and become adventurous and curious about this dream space that is very,

Very real.

Reintegrate it into your reality.

Create a picture in your mind's eye that shifts down into the space of your body.

Feel and envision every detail.

Imagine your ideal self.

Not who you hope to be.

Not who you wish you could be.

But who you are.

Feel into how you can be present with this version of yourself.

How you can reintegrate your future self into your present self.

As we journeyed into the past,

So journey into the future.

Feel this ideal version of yourself right now.

She is you.

She is you.

Beneath everything that has happened,

Is happening,

Or yet to have come to pass.

Beneath it all,

The truth is you.

Sit with this image of your authentic self.

Full.

Whole.

Expansive.

Ever evolving.

Allow yourself to step inside this image and fully become this being.

You are who you are.

I am that I am.

Just be.

Simply be your authentic self.

Feel a sense of calm and serenity.

Secure in who you are.

Knowing who you are.

You are divine.

You don't have to leave this space.

You can carry this with you.

Because it is you.

Allow your true essence to shine through.

With every breath.

With every movement.

And every day of your divine life.

Allow your values,

Your personality,

Your dreams,

Your motivations to shine through.

Allow it to guide your behavior.

Allow it to support you as you move through time.

As you take up space.

You have always been this divine being.

You will always be this divine being.

A being filled with love.

A being filled with joy.

A being of power.

Underneath any challenges,

Limitations,

Blockages,

Baggage,

Demands on life.

The real you is always present.

Breathe into that truth.

The real me is always present.

Placing your hands lovingly on the space of your heart.

Breathe in this truth.

Allow it to move through your body,

Your mind,

Your soul,

Your spirit,

Your energy field.

Integrate.

No force.

Just presence.

Express this true self and allow yourself to simply be.

As you maintain a connection with your authentic self.

Begin to slowly invite movement into your body.

Feeling renewed.

And a sense of connection and awareness of this authentic self.

Allow the tips of your fingers to touch.

Make fists with your hands.

Allow your wrists to move,

Your head to shift side to side.

Wiggle your toes.

Allow your feet,

Legs,

Body to slowly awaken.

Allow your whole body to be filled with your divine energy.

Take a deep inhale.

Hold that breath.

And as you exhale,

Put a smile on your face and gently open your eyes.

Take a moment to be with this.

Don't rush.

Feel the presence,

The fullness,

The calmness.

Feel connected to your authentic self.
