Welcome to this meditation space.
My name is Lali Molina and I will be guiding you through a self transformational meditation practice.
Today's meditation goal is to cultivate confidence and self empowerment.
This meditation session will help you connecting with your inner fire and strength.
We begin the meditation practice by finding a quiet space.
Sit in a comfortable cross legged position with a straight back on a cushion or a chair.
Gently close your eyes and soften the muscles in your face.
Forehead lengthening,
Eyelids gently closed.
Dual muscles relax,
Whole face relax.
We take few clear breaths here.
Take a deep inhale through the nose and a deep exhale out through the mouth and one more.
As you exhale feel as the tension from your shoulders dissolves.
Begin to connect with the flow of your natural breath.
Observing how the air comes in and out through the nostrils.
Take few moments here to settle in,
To connect and observe your breath.
As the breath deepens allow your abdomen to rise and expand with each inhale and to fold and relax with each exhale.
Try to do this in the most natural way possible,
Allowing the body to become one with the breath.
Take few moments here as you begin to relax along with your breath.
Now I invite you to repeat the following affirmation three times to yourself.
Repeat this affirmation with total awareness and intention.
I am confident in my own abilities.
I am confident in my own abilities.
I am confident in my own abilities.
Allow those words to sink in,
To heat every corner of your body.
Slowly mentally picture yourself standing up tall,
Chest slightly lifted,
Shoulders roll back and down.
Visualize yourself in the areas of your life that you feel stuck,
Insecure or disempowered.
As you do so,
Notice if you can feel any tensions in your body.
If you do,
Bring your breath with each inhale creating a space and with each exhale releasing and releasing.
Slowly softening with each breath.
Take a moment here.
A continuation.
Visualize yourself progressing and growing in the areas you wish to expand.
See and feel yourself confident,
Strong and empowered.
Feel the inner fire and strength you carry.
As you do so,
Leave behind any insecurities or self-limiting beliefs.
Allow your inner fire to burn away any disempowered thought,
Feeling or emotion.
You are slowly walking away from the darkness and walking into the lightness.
Guided by the high state of consciousness,
You are slowly reconnecting with your most empowered self.
Feel your body absorbing the openness,
Inner strength and courage that is right here,
Right now.
Now that you are experiencing these positive thoughts and feelings,
Take a moment to embody them,
To sit with them for a moment.
Slowly start acknowledging the overall feeling,
Perhaps feeling empowered and courageous.
Now that you have cultivated all these positive qualities,
I invite you to bring that essence into your day,
To bring your most empowered self into your thoughts,
Decisions and words.
As we arrive to the end of this meditation,
Slowly start bringing your awareness back to the present moment,
To the sounds around you,
To the here and now.
Slowly and whenever you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
May you always be guided by your inner fire.
