Welcome to your meditation space.
My name is Lali Molina and I'm about to share a meditation practice with you.
Today's meditation goal is to gain abundance and joy.
To raise your vibration and to connect with the infinite joy that lives within you.
Time after time we must be reminded that joy cannot be found in material objects.
Real joy can be experienced and appreciated upon the realization that this one lives in simplicity.
That it lives in everyday life and the everyday things.
Joy can be experienced in the simplest things such as listening to the sound of the birds singing in the morning and the smell of the sea or in contemplating as the day unfolds at sunrise.
Returning back to simplicity offer us the opportunity to draw our attention to the little and yet meaningful things that bring joy into our lives.
With this meditation session we aim to connect with abundance and joy.
We concentrate and rest on the moments that truly bring us that feeling of contentment.
We begin the meditation session by finding a quiet space.
Light a candle to create a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
Go ahead and sit in a comfortable cross-leaf position with a straight back on a cushion or a chair.
Slowly gently close your eyes.
Begin to soften in the muscles of your face.
Forehead muscles lengthening.
Eyelids gently close.
Dual muscles relax.
You be spreading that relaxation down to your neck and into your shoulders.
You slowly begin to connect with the flow of your natural breath.
Observing how the breath comes in and out through the nostrils.
Take a moment here to settle in,
To connect and observe your breath.
As the breath deepens,
Allow your abdomen to rise and expand with each inhale and to fall and relax with each exhale.
Try to do this in the most natural way possible,
Allowing the body to become one with the breath.
Again,
Take a few moments here as you begin to relax with the breath.
Now,
I want you to imagine yourself walking on a beach on a sunny day.
Notice the sensation of the sun on your feet and toes as you walk mindfully along the shore.
Moving slowly,
Step by step.
On the background,
The sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
One wave.
And then the next one.
And the next one coming.
It's a bright day,
The sky is blue and the sun is shining.
As the sun is kissing your skin,
Feel the heat in your whole body.
Feel the heat from the inside out.
As you breathe in,
Imagine inhaling that warmth and light the sun provides.
And as you exhale,
Relax in deeper and deeper.
Take a moment here.
And now,
Take a moment here.
Start noticing an expansive joy and abundance traveling through your body.
From top to bottom,
Bottom to top.
Notice that expansion across your body from side to side and from back to front.
Now that you're experiencing that abundance of joy,
See if you can spread it out as the light that radiates from your body out into the well.
As that expansive joy increases,
Continue spreading outwardly that light of abundance of joy.
You start acknowledging the general feeling in your body,
Perhaps feeling peaceful and joyful.
Take a moment here as you allow yourself to absorb that infinite abundance of joy and inner peace.
As we arrive into the end of this meditation,
Slowly start bringing your awareness back to the present moment,
To the sounds around you,
To the here and now.
Slowly coming out of the meditation process and whenever you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
May an abundance of joy walk along you to brighten your days.
