This affirmation session is here to support you in taking your power back and living it.
Think of any area of your life that you like to take your power back,
That you like to feel more empowered in,
More in charge of,
More confident in,
More stable in.
Maybe there's an area or two or a few or more that come to mind,
Or maybe just in general.
Where do you call your power back from?
Where do you call your power into?
I invite you to relax into a posture that feels comfortable to you.
Comfort is important here,
As a calm mind is a powerful mind.
So choose a posture that invites calmness in to the body.
Now let's begin.
