This is your 5-minute energy reset.
Take a moment to pause and soften,
And come home to yourself.
Even 5 minutes can shift everything.
This short pause invites you to ground your energy and bring your nervous system and sense of well-being back into balance.
Let's begin by finding stillness however you are,
Whether sitting down or lying down.
Allow your eyes to close or soften,
And begin to gently arrive here in this practice.
Take a slow breath in through the nose,
And exhale through the mouth.
Let's do that again.
Inhale through the nose,
And exhale through the mouth.
Feel your body supported beneath you.
Feel the earth beneath that support.
You are held.
You are grounded all the more in this moment.
Now,
Imagine pure energy dropping gently into your body,
Filling every part of you,
From the top of your head,
Into your heart,
Down into your belly and core,
And all the way into your hips and your feet,
Your whole body being covered in light.
Visualize roots extending from the soles of your feet into the earth,
Anchoring you,
Steadying you.
With each breath,
Invite your nervous system to soften.
With each exhale,
Allow your energy to reset,
And letting go of anything you wish to release in this moment.
You are allowed to be without it.
Letting your energy reorganize itself in this moment into peace and pure,
Authentic essence.
Begin to bring awareness back into your body.
Gently move your fingers and your toes,
And gently open your eyes when you're ready.
And as we wrap this session,
Notice what shifted for you,
And carry that lightness with you.
