You've clarified your vision.
You've begun to shift your mindset.
And now we make space.
We make space for what you're calling in,
What you're magnetizing,
What you're working towards.
So let's make space by releasing what no longer serves you.
Any subconscious limiting beliefs,
Maybe there's fear,
Maybe there's doubt.
Maybe there's narrative and story that you're holding on that is feeling outdated and we just haven't let go of that yet.
Maybe you're in the process now of outgrowing certain beliefs,
Certain identifications,
Certain waves of being.
Whatever it is,
And you can insert whatever it is for you,
Let's make space here to release it,
Inviting in space for what you're magnetizing.
Taking another extra deep breath here,
Breathing in and gently letting go.
Is there a thought,
An emotion,
A story,
A belief that feels heavy,
Like it's dragging with you,
Like it's making you feel contracted around you?
You don't feel free,
You don't feel liberated.
Whatever that is,
Let's find what it is so that it is no longer a blockage while you're manifesting what it is you're calling in.
The thing about manifestation is that the freer we are,
The more we free up our space for all the blessings,
The abundance,
All the things that we're looking to invite into our life,
Into our energy field.
So simply,
Let's notice in this moment without judgment,
Just quietly in your mind,
Let's identify what that is,
What is showing up,
What has been with you,
What is asking you and inviting you to notice it so you can release it.
The space of non-judgment is such a powerful invitation.
We let our defenses down,
Allowing what's here to really show up.
With each exhale,
Allow it to release,
Invite it to release,
Letting it go gently,
Mindfully with care,
Exhaling the weight,
The doubt,
The fear,
However it feels to you,
Whether it feels like a weight,
Whether it feels like doubt or shame or guilt,
Whether it feels like the unknown,
Whether it feels unstable,
Whether it feels like it can't be so,
Like it won't happen,
Whatever that is for you,
Take time to insert what you are experiencing here and imagine laying it down and watching it dissolve.
Maybe you see it lying down in a basket that you put it in and it's going down a river.
Maybe you see it as a cloud passing by.
Maybe you see it as a cloud dissolving right in front of you.
Let's bring that visual medicine in and now breathing in clarity,
New strength,
Feeling clarity and strength rise within you,
Even feeling a sense of gratitude for this new space that has opened up.
And one small shift is all it takes,
It doesn't take the big shifts,
It really is the small ones that matter.
The big ones are great and those will come,
But in this moment,
Feel a sense of gratitude for what just opened up,
Knowing that it will reveal.
And then we go into our lives with wonder and open heart and open mind and open energy filled to receive.
Feeling the lightness,
Feeling the space you've just created,
May you carry this with you and may it amplify your magnetism.
What you've just released made way for what truly supports you.
Take one final breath in,
Bring your hand to your heart and simply say to yourself,
I am deserving.
Tomorrow,
You'll anchor in calm and trust so you can keep moving forward with confidence.
