For the duration of this meditation,
I'll be your guide and companion on a nurturing journey back home,
Deeper within yourself.
We all need a place we can enter into and say,
This is my life.
Help me with it.
The intention of this meditation is to help you and to guide you back home to yourself.
Everyday life experiences,
Goals,
And tasks,
As well as the unexpected,
Can trigger us into a stress response.
And if we're not careful,
We can live in this perpetual state of fight or flight.
And some of us run so far away from ourselves during periods of survival,
Pain,
Discomfort,
Or stress that we forget to come back home to ourselves.
To turn home,
You're safe now.
If you are able to,
Find a comfortable and quiet resting place.
Know that this meditation can also be played while you're asleep or in the background while tending to your day.
Your subconscious mind is always listening and receptive.
Be mindful to expose it to empowering messages and vibrations.
Beginning,
We'll establish our breaths.
Proper breathing is from our belly,
Like when we're relaxed or sleeping,
And not shallow,
Tight,
And from our chest,
Like when we're in a hurry,
Stressed,
Or in fight or flight.
On the other hand,
Repeated proper deep breaths release endorphins,
The feel-good hormone,
And more oxygen into the brain and bloodstream.
This produces a natural calming effect,
Allowing a higher sense of calm,
Peace,
Comfort,
Well-being,
And stability.
Proper deep breathing is a powerful coping and strengthening tool for making our lives more breathable.
As you inhale strong and properly,
Your belly will expand outward,
Away from you,
Like a balloon slowly filling up.
As you exhale,
Your belly returns,
Like a balloon drawing inward towards itself.
Let's take some time for you to properly breathe and relax into your body and release any tension.
Curl and tighten your toes with each proper inhale,
Filling the tension in your toes for three seconds or more.
Now release and relax with each exhale,
Releasing all tension for three seconds or more.
Inhale,
Filling the tension in your toes for three seconds or more.
Exhaling,
Releasing all tension and relaxing for three seconds or more.
Breathe again,
Inhaling,
Filling the tension in your toes for three seconds or more.
Exhaling,
Relaxing and releasing all the tension in your toes.
Stay with this for a little while.
Breathe away.
I'll give you some time.
Once your breathing is established and relaxed,
We'll gently move further into our journey home.
On our way home,
We're going to clear the path to home,
Which has been blocked by so much of what you've been experiencing,
Carrying and filling.
Take a reflective pause here.
What is contributing to the current state of your mood and vibration?
Where does it hurt?
Not all of the following questions will pertain to you,
But whatever does,
Allow the answers to flow freely.
Where does your soul feel overwhelmed?
Where do you feel stuck?
What in your life is not going as you hoped it would?
Where do you feel discouragement?
Where do you feel unappreciated?
Where do you feel like you're not enough?
See everything that's coming into your mind's eye as weeds and debris on the path before you that you now clear to the side.
Whatever's in the way,
It all must release you now.
It all must part ways with you now.
See the path before you becoming wider and clearer.
And if it gets heavy,
Love yourself through it.
You're clearing away as powerful.
Farther and farther as you move past the weeds and debris,
It all dissolves behind you.
As an active observer,
You can now begin to see home appearing to you in the distance.
No matter what time of day or night you're approaching home,
There is always a porch light on and an enchanting door open just for you.
You are loved and welcome in this sacred place.
What does finding home feel like to you?
What do you look like?
Your mental picture and view of yourself are not complete if you're not seeing yourself at home happy,
Thriving,
And whole.
Just visualize that now.
Whatever you're longing for,
The gateway is open.
Now is a powerful time to see it for yourself.
Spend a few moments here connecting to this reality.
Whatever it is,
As you approach home,
You are approaching it.
Picture yourself being joyous.
What does that look and feel like?
Picture yourself in a state of wholeness.
What does that feel and look like?
Picture yourself empowered and thriving.
What does that look and feel like?
What does heart,
Mind,
And soul fulfillment look and feel like for you?
How does being comforted,
Cherished,
And lovingly welcomed back home look and feel like?
You are the one,
Drawing you in and leaving the poor sight on the whole time.
You've made it.
Welcome back home,
Where you transform,
Create,
Merge,
Restore,
And dwell with your higher vibrational self.
This place of power is always there within you.
May you always find your way back home,
Where all is well in carrying you to your highest good.
Approaching a return,
Take a few moments to relax.
Before returning to the world too quickly.
After this meditation,
Take all the time you need.
Be sure it's been time and moments that positively shift your attitude,
Mindset,
And vibration.
Return to this practice as a daily self aid.
Come back whenever you need comfort,
When you don't feel like your higher self,
Or for day to day fortitude.
Also return here if you've been going and going and simply need to catch your breath.
