Welcome to this full moon meditation.
This meditation will guide you to release any aspects of your life that are no longer serving your highest purpose.
Come to rest in a comfortable place either seated or lying down and begin to tune in to your breath.
If you feel comfortable too you can close down the eyes.
As you tune in to the breath welcome yourself here.
Welcome all parts of yourself here.
You are welcome here in your fullness.
Allow all that has been up until this very moment to be just as it is.
And as you begin to settle down allow yourself to soften.
Allow the mind to soften.
Allow the body to soften.
Feel the rise and the fall of the chest as you breathe.
Continue to release any tension in the body.
Any sense of clinging in the mind as you drop into this very moment.
Begin to visualize above you a brilliant white full moon beaming its light down upon you.
A cleansing white light.
And as you bathe in this cleansing white light from the full moon above.
Ask yourself what has served its purpose that no longer aligns with my highest self.
What am I ready to leave here?
What is feeling heavy?
What am I gripping onto that I could let go of?
As you contemplate these questions let your awareness rest at the heart space.
Allow whatever comes forward.
Give whatever comes forward the space to be.
Give whatever comes forward the space to flow.
Allowing your inner world to show you what you're ready to release.
So that you can create space for your deepest desires,
Your highest purpose.
Take a moment now to offer gratitude to what you're releasing.
Thank it for serving its purpose.
It's shown you what you need to know.
You can keep the lesson but release the rest.
As you breathe in allow the cleansing light of the moon to warm your heart.
And as you breathe out let the light of the moon transmute what you wish to release.
Breathing in to warm your heart.
Breathing out to cleanse,
To release,
To let go.
Breathing in to fill your heart.
Breathing out to cleanse,
To release,
To let go.
Taking your next few breaths to feel a sense of spaciousness that you've created.
Perhaps tuning in to your inner wisdom to cultivate an intention to fill that space.
Perhaps your intention is the opposite of what you released.
Breathing in to the heart now.
Filling the heart with your intention and the beautiful light of the full moon above you.
Holding your intention in the heart space as you begin to bring yourself back into this moment.
Perhaps now reaching for your journal and writing about your experience or making a note of your intention.
