Welcome to this five minute affirmation meditation.
This meditation will help you cultivate feelings of self empowerment and self love through planting seeds in the subconscious mind to bring about transformation and healing.
Come to sit in a comfortable place either in a chair or on the earth with the legs crossed or outstretched.
Wherever you choose to be,
Allow your body to soften.
There's an invitation to close down the eyes if that feels good for you.
Begin to tune into your breath as you ground yourself in the present moment.
Only breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.
In through the nose and out through the nose.
Repeating to yourself either quietly in your mind or perhaps even out loud so that you can feel the true power of these affirmations.
I am whole.
I am exactly where I need to be.
I love and honor my needs,
Wishes and boundaries.
I radiate confidence.
I am capable.
I am courageous.
I love and accept myself unconditionally.
I know that my potential is infinite.
I am overflowing with love.
I am enough.
I am healing in perfect timing.

Kindness and joy.
