Hello and welcome,
This is Laia and today I want to share with you just a short pause.
So wherever you are,
However you feel,
Take a moment to sit down,
Lengthen your spine,
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your gaze down or close your eyes.
And just listen to your surroundings for a moment,
Being fully aware of where you are as you draw your attention closer to yourself.
Noticing your physical body,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up your belly,
Your ribcage,
Your chest,
Open your mouth and let it go.
Deep inhalation through your nose,
Fill up front to back,
Side to side and top to bottom.
Open your mouth and let go.
One more just like that,
Deep breath in,
Let it expand and exhale.
Once you're ready,
Start to open your eyes once again,
Bringing yourself back to the present moment and moving on with your day.
A little more present,
A little more aware.
