And create clarity and purpose for your day while soothing the nervous system.
Please take a moment to bring yourself to a comfortable position,
Whether seated or lying down.
I invite you to choose what feels best for you.
Allow yourself to truly take up space and feel the support beneath you and around you.
Give yourself permission to settle in even further.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Letting it expand into your belly,
Ribcage,
And chest.
Then open your mouth and sigh it out.
Notice how you feel as you arrive in this meditation.
Observe the sensations in your body.
Yes,
You may notice discomfort,
Tightness,
Or pain,
But for now,
Can you also bring your awareness to the spaces that feel open,
Relaxed,
And good?
Begin to connect with what is going well,
What is working.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale completely.
Turn your attention to your thoughts.
Notice what you are giving importance to,
What you are allowing to take up space in your mind,
And observe the way energy moves through you.
The flow of life force or prana.
Breathing in deeply and breathing out completely.
Fully acknowledging a simple truth.
You are alive.
So once again,
Breathe in deeply and breathe out completely.
Now let's begin with today's affirmations for abundance.
You can simply listen or repeat them silently or out loud.
I have everything I need.
I have the strength.
I have the courage.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling it expand front to back,
Side to side and top to bottom.
Notice this abundance,
This moment of fullness and the truth that you have everything you need and let it all go with a long exhale.
May you carry this sense of abundance into your day,
Remembering that you already have everything you need to live by your values,
Choose what aligns with your intentions and achieve your goals.
When you start the day with a focus on abundance and gratitude,
You shift your perspective from scarcity to sufficiency,
Helping you recognize the resources,
Talents and support already within you and around you.
Repeating these affirmations daily rewires the brain toward positive beliefs,
