I invite you to close your eyes,

Find a comfortable seat,

Straight spine so that your energy can flow through you.

And just start resting in the awareness of your breath,

Noticing at the nostrils,

It's inhale and exhale.

Now I invite you to visualize in this inhale,

Breathing in this breath,

This life force into the center of your mind,

Your brain,

Exhaling through your nostrils.

Our breath is said to be our direct source to God,

Always there to connect and receive.

Stay mindful with inhale softly into the,

Your knowing center of your mind.

Exhale,

Receiving,

Getting the flow in and out.

Now let's start guiding the breath in an inhale for a count of four and softly pause at the top of your inhale and smoothly exhale for a count of four.

And at the bottom,

Softly pause and again,

Inhale for a count of four,

A smooth cycle of in,

Hold,

Exhale,

Hold,

Creating the flow and ease within the breath.

Again,

That rhythm.

I invite you to say to yourself quietly on your inhale,

I am here.

On the exhale,

Here I am.

And repeat that silently to yourself.

One more time.

Now maintaining that rhythm of breath,

I want you to visualize your place.

Where is your comfort place?

Could be an outdoor location,

A past home,

Some dream that is not really reality,

But a place that brings you comfort and wisdom.

And visualizing the details of the sights,

The sounds,

Smells,

Tastes,

Feelings.

Maintaining that rhythm.

Visualize yourself in your place.

Now I invite you to visualize who are your people that are with you,

That bring you guidance,

Wisdom,

Courage,

Celebration,

Comfort.

This could be living people,

People you know that have passed,

People you didn't know,

People that are meaningful to you,

That you'd want in this space with you.

Inhale,

Welcoming them.

Exhale,

Thanking them for being with you.

Now on our inhale,

Let's focus.

I want to invite you to focus on bringing this breath down into your chest,

Your belly,

Your heart center.

So we move from visualizing the breath into our mind.

It still goes through our nostrils,

Through our brine,

Now down our throat,

Our chest and into our heart center on the inhale.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale,

Take a deep breath out.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale,

Take a deep breath out.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale,

Take a deep breath out.

Carry in the flow that is bringing that wisdom into your body,

Into your being,

Releasing what is no longer serving you.

Breathing in,

I am here.

Breathing out,

Here I am.

Breathing in,

I receive.

Breathing out,

I release.

Breathing in,

I know.

Breathing out,

I express.

Breathing in,

I know.

Breathing out,

I express.

Maintain that rhythm.

And as you get to the bottom of that inhale in your chest,

I want to visualize in the exhale now the energy seeping from your heart space that your heart is expressing itself.

Your gut and your heart and your mind are all connected through this diaphragmatic breathing.

I invite you to visualize those people with you in your space and let them know I am open and willing to be guided.

I am curious and open without attachment.

And I'm willing to act with courage,

Love and joy.

Breathe that out.

One more time,

Breathe it in deep into the heart space.

I am open and willing to be guided.

Breathe it out.

I am willing to act with courage,

Love and joy.

Maintain that rhythm at your own pace.

Focus inward with your mind,

Heart and gut aligned.

And receive what is my instinct right now.

Breathe that in.

I invite a smile on your face.

And invite you to softly open your eyes when you're ready.

And if you have something to write with,

Start putting this out.

This was so helpful to cut through the noise and to find that center of peace. I cried a little and also had so much clarity. Thank you!
