Welcome.
I wanted to share that from time to time I get quite anxious.
Not as much right now but before I used to get quite anxious and I found a very unconventional way of dealing with that anxiety.
I would find that the week would go by and as the week would go by I would be inwardly reacting to stuff that was happening.
To what people were saying and after two or three days I would start feeling very very anxious and not know where it was coming from.
And then I tried journaling.
I would sit down and focus on what's bothering me and write about it.
I mean really write about it.
Like this happened and this is bothering me because it makes me feel like this this and this.
And continue doing this with everything that might be at the back of your mind and just vomit it out in your journal.
Get it all out.
And then I started journaling regularly and I've been doing that for the past 15 years and my mind is a lot calmer.
There is no question of not knowing what's bothering me because as I investigate through journaling I know exactly what's bothering me.
So yeah that's my take on dealing with anxiety unconventionally.
I hope that helps.
Namaste.
