This Guided meditation is created with focus of releasing any limiting beliefs or patterns that no longer serve you. Its created to help build a newer, better version of you. The words will stop at around 23:00 Minutes and the music will continue for another 5 minutes. Id recommend journalling after.

Hello and welcome to this guided visualization.
This visualization is designed for you to connect with the best version of yourself.
My name is Cully,
Let us begin.
Allow yourself to sit in a comfortable upright position.
Focus your awareness on your breath.
Notice your natural breathing pattern.
Just slowly and gently breathe in and breathe out in your normal breathing pattern.
And as you continue to breathe in,
Imagine you are breathing in relaxation.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine you are breathing out any tension.
Breathe in relaxation and release any tension.
Breathe in relaxation and release any tension.
Now take a moment and just notice how you are feeling right now.
Do you feel relaxed?
Do you feel tense?
Are you at peace?
Or do you feel uneasy?
Bring your awareness to the way you are feeling right now.
Observe your feelings and embrace your feelings without any judgement.
Now slowly and gently close your eyes.
And take a deep breath in through your nose.
You are going to breathe out through your mouth as if you were breathing out through a straw.
Breathe in relaxation and release any tension.
This deep breath in,
Breathe in relaxation and release any tension.
This time we are going to breathe in peace and we are going to breathe out any stress.
Breathe in self-acceptance and release any self-judgment.
Now allow your breathing to drop to its normal rhythm and once again bring your awareness onto your breath and your normal breathing pattern.
If you get distracted or a thought comes to mind that's okay.
It is very common to have an active mind and to be constantly thinking.
It is very rare that we practice to just sit and be without any thoughts racing.
It is important to remember in stillness is where we find our true self.
If any thoughts come your way acknowledge them but do not engage with them.
Observe them and see them float away.
Now imagine you are in an empty movie theatre.
You are sitting in the front row.
Nobody else is there,
It is just you.
All of the lights are out and all of a sudden a movie starts playing on the screen.
The movie is titled the best version of you.
You see a person on the screen.
The person is blurry but first you have no idea who it is.
And as the picture starts focusing you realise the person is you.
It is your future self.
Twelve months from now smiling at you.
That person is you,
The best version of you.
Visualise how your future self looks.
Your future self is strong.
Your future self is confident.
Your future self believes in themselves.
Your future self loves themself.
Imagine how this feels.
Now just take a moment and sit with those feelings.
Taste those feelings.
Try and visualise all the little details of what the best version of you looks like,
Thinks like and feels like.
What kind of actions would the best version of you take?
What kind of choices would the best version of you make?
Keep these feelings with you.
As you come back to the present version of you,
Feel yourself becoming motivated,
Enthusiastic and empowered.
Visualise yourself tapping into your inner strength.
How does that feel?
How would you interact with other people as the best version of yourself?
How can you make choices that serve the best version of you?
Visualise these changes.
How does it feel?
You may feel anxious.
You may feel nervous.
You may feel excited.
Whatever you feel is natural when embracing change.
The more you focus on what best serves your new self,
The easier it will become for you to step into the best version of you.
Everyone has their own unique story and experiences that keeps them in the same pattern,
Repeating the same thoughts,
Making the same decisions and taking the same actions.
These repeated actions create the same reality over and over again.
Your current reality or the current version of you is just a reflection of your past and present self beliefs and the way you envision yourself.
In the past,
Your limiting beliefs has been your subconscious mind's way of keeping you in your comfort zone.
They keep you stuck and repeatedly doing what is familiar and comfortable and at times even uncomfortable.
The comfort zone does not serve the best version of you.
In the past,
You may have found it difficult to take the actions or make the choices that serves the best version of you.
This could be because you weren't clear on what the best version of you looks like.
This could be eating healthier,
Working out regularly,
Pushing yourself to new limits and taking any action that would push the needle a step closer to the best version of you.
Despite your efforts in the past to try and break certain habits that don't serve you,
Somehow your old stories and limiting beliefs kept coming back and prevented you from stepping into your power and your strength.
However finally,
You are at a place where you are ready to release this story and you are ready to overcome any limiting beliefs that have been holding you back in the past.
Just take a moment to accept and release those unserving limiting beliefs.
Repeat after me in your mind or out loud.
I release all beliefs that do not serve me.
I release all beliefs that are holding me back.
I release all of my old negative thoughts that are holding me back from becoming the best version of myself.
Now we are going to focus our energy on self-confidence affirmations.
Affirmations are a very powerful way to reprogram our mind.
It's a very powerful tool.
Affirmations can talk directly to our subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is the part that controls majority of our everyday actions.
Our current reality is the reflection of the thoughts,
Beliefs and experiences we have acquired over the course of our life.
Repeat after me.
I now have the determination to release my limiting beliefs.
I have the drive to become the best version of myself physically,
Mentally and spiritually.
I choose to release any shame or any guilt that has kept me from living my life fully.
I am at peace with myself.
I love and accept myself as I am whilst working to become the best version of me.
I am grateful for my body as it is.
I appreciate who I am.
I accept and love myself in every way.
I let go of the past.
I forgive myself for all of the times I haven't loved myself.
I am deciding to take a step forward every day.
I am free of other people's opinions of me.
What I think of myself is all that matters.
I love myself unconditionally.
I will take care of myself physically,
Mentally and spiritually because I deserve that.
I love myself.
I accept myself.
I am at peace with myself.
I am enough.
I am fully committed to creating and becoming the best version of myself.
I release any self-judgment.
I love myself.
I accept myself.
I love myself.
I accept myself.
I love myself.
I accept myself.
Now as we come to the end of this visualization,
I'm going to ask you to breathe in through your nose again and release that breath through your mouth.
Breathe in through the nose and release through the mouth.
Nice deep breath in through the nose and release through the mouth.
One last time,
Nice deep breath in through the nose and release through the mouth.
When you're ready,
In your own time,
You may bring your awareness back to the outer reality.
When you're ready,
In your own time,
You may open your eyes.
Now just sit with yourself for a few moments and just embrace how you feel.
The music will carry on playing for a little longer.
When you're ready,
You may continue your day as the best version of you.

Kuli, thank you for this NEW YOU guided meditation! This one spoke to me PERFECTLY. I was able to connect easily - envision and feel the woman (ME) on the movie screen 'the best version of myself'. My physique, my posture, my walk, my talk, my smile, my free-spirit, compassion, and most of all the deep LOVE that I have for myself! It FEELS SO So so amazing and brought JOY to my mind and soul!!! I saw myself happy, in the best most happiest version and saw me eating healthy, I saw me so passionate and my hair looked amazing, my whole aura was bright and saw myself in a wedding gown being dressed for my big day! Wow! Amazing and I felt it 💚🙌
