Allow me to guide you to your peaceful place.
Find a comfortable position sitting or laying down and just notice how you're feeling right now.
In a moment,
I'm going to ask you to breathe in through your nose and I'm going to ask you to release that breath through your mouth.
And as you release that breath,
Breathe out as if you're blowing out a candle.
Breathe in through your nose and release through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and release that breath through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in and release.
And as you breathe in,
I want you to imagine that you're breathing in relaxation.
And as you breathe out,
I want you to imagine you're releasing any tension.
Breathe in relaxation and release any tension.
Breathe in relaxation and release any tension.
And just continue to breathe in,
In a normal pattern and allow your breathing to drop to its normal rhythm.
And just slowly and gently continue to breathe in relaxation and breathe out any tension.
Just focus all of your energy on slowly and gently breathing in relaxation.
Each breath in,
You're becoming more and more relaxed.
And with each breath out,
You're becoming less tense.
If you get distracted,
That's okay.
Just bring your focus back to this breathing.
With each breath in,
Allow yourself to become more at peace into a deeper state of calmness and a deeper state of relaxation.
Just focus on your in-breath and focus on your out-breath.
Just slowly and gently breathe in and breathe out.
Just embrace your breath.
Now begin to visualize a picture in your mind.
Imagine a place where you feel completely at ease.
This may be a favorite place you've been.
It may be somewhere you've seen or it may be completely imaginary.
Just picture a place where you feel happy,
Where you feel calm and where you feel peace.
Try and create all the details about this place.
Visualize the sights.
What sounds can you hear?
What sense can you smell?
Simply try to engage all of your senses when visualizing your peaceful place.
Imagine how you feel physically.
Imagine how you feel emotionally.
Embrace this moment of peace.
Embrace this moment of feeling still and relaxing.
Feeling completely at ease and completely at peace.
You feel safe.
You feel calm.
You feel at peace.
Just continue to embrace and enjoy your peaceful place.
Really try to notice how you feel.
Now as it's time to leave your peaceful place,
Know that you can return here at any time you wish.
If you feel tired,
If you feel stressed,
If you feel anxious,
If you feel fearful or even if you feel sad,
Just know you can return to your peaceful place anytime you wish at any time of the day.
Remember you can feel calm,
Safe and completely relaxed with a sense of peace.

When you're ready in your own time,
You may slowly and gently bring your awareness back to the outer reality and when you're ready in your own time,
