Hello and welcome to this self-esteem guided meditation.

Allow yourself to find a nice comfortable position sitting or laying down.

This is how you are feeling right now,

Physically and mentally.

Gently close your eyes,

Lower your gaze and take a deep breath in through your nose and release the breath through your mouth.

Take another breath and allow your breathing to relax as you exhale fully.

Take another breath in and as you breathe out let the air carry out all the tension out of your body.

We are going to do that again,

We are going to breathe in gently and as you breathe out,

Breathe out all the tension out of your body.

Now just allow your breath to regulate back to its normal rhythm.

Just allow your body to relax.

Just allow yourself to be and just focus your energy on your breath.

Now I would like you to take a moment to just notice any areas in your body where you may feel tense.

Maybe your neck,

Maybe your shoulders,

Maybe your back,

Maybe it's in your legs.

Just focus all of your energy there,

Focus your attention on one of those areas and as you breathe in I want you to picture that part of your body becoming slightly more relaxed than it was before.

With each breath part of your body becomes a little bit more relaxed.

Again your whole body for any areas of tension and for each area just take a breath in and breathe out any tension.

We are going to breathe in relaxation and we are going to breathe out any tension.

Breathe in calmness and exhale any tension.

Continue to breathe slowly and gently deepening your state of relaxation as each breath comes in and each breath goes out.

You relax deeper and deeper with each breath that comes in you are more at peace and you are less tense.

Now we are going to focus our energy on self-esteem affirmations.

Affirmations are a way to reprogram the subconscious mind.

It's a way we can remove old conditioning and replace them with new beliefs.

So repeat after me if you can say them out loud that would be amazing.

I am at peace with myself.

I appreciate who I am.

I value myself as a person.

I am a valuable human being.

I deserve to be happy.

I deserve to love myself.

I accept myself.

My future is bright.

My future is positive.

I am the creator of my future.

I am excited about the future.

I enjoy the present moment.

I understand all we have is the present moment.

I let go of the past.

I forgive myself for all of my mistakes.

I forgive everyone who has harmed me or caused me pain or distress in my past.

I let go of them.

I attract peace.

I forgive myself for the errors I have made.

I can move on from the mistakes I have made.

I forgive myself.

I feel good about who I am today.

I accept the person I am today.

I accept my flaws.

I accept my strengths.

I view my shortcomings as strengths that are not yet developed.

We don't call them weaknesses anymore.

I eagerly develop new strengths.

I approach challenges with an open mind.

I accept myself.

I love myself.

I accept myself.

I love myself.

I accept myself.

I love myself.

I accept myself.

I love myself.

Now just for a moment,

Just embrace the silence.

Embrace these affirmations.

Reflect on these affirmations and just be.

Now in a moment,

I will count to three.

And on three,

You're going to take a nice deep breath in.

And as you take this deep breath in,

You're going to breathe in positivity.

And you're going to release tension.

One,

Two,

Three.

Breathe in positivity and release any tension.

Breathe in abundance.

Breathe in self-acceptance and exhale self-rejection.

Breathe in self-esteem and exhale any fears.

Just breathe in again and exhale.

Breathe in and release.

Now when you're ready,

In your own time,

You can bring your awareness back to the outer world.

And when you're ready,

In your own time,

You may open your eyes.

Just take a moment to embrace yourself.

Embrace your self-esteem and just be.

Thank you.

Have a beautiful day.
