Today I'm going to be providing you with a journaling prompt.
Be sure to have your journal and your pen ready.
Be sure to have your timer or stopwatch ready.
Make sure you have a comfortable and peaceful space because this time is for you.
This is a full 15 minutes of writing and remember creative wellness is all about finding a healthy and creative outlet for you.
If you do care to share with anyone after the fact,
That's awesome because you never know who you're going to be inspiring through what you create.
But of course,
No pressure.
So when you're ready,
Be sure to sit in a comfortable space.
You're sitting up nice and tall.
Relax the shoulders.
Relax the eyebrows.
Relax the jaw.
We're going to take three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth before we begin.
So when you're ready,
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.
Two more deep breaths in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.
Last big deep breath in through the nose.
And exhale out through the mouth.
Be sure to have your timer ready,
