Welcome.

Today I'm going to be providing a journaling prompt.

Remember this is a full 15 minutes for you.

So just keep writing,

Keep letting the words flow.

This prompt is for your eyes only.

But of course,

With creative wellness,

You never know who you're going to be inspiring through what you create.

So always feel free to share,

But never any pressure.

Before we get started,

Make sure you have your journal with you,

Your pen with you,

Your timer or stopwatch.

You have a nice quiet space and just start to get comfortable.

Sit up nice and tall.

Relax the shoulders.

Relax the eyebrows.

Relax the jaw.

And just let all tension go.

Even shake it out if you need to.

Before we get started,

We're going to take three deep breaths in through the nose and then out through the mouth.

So when you're ready,

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

Two more deep breaths in through the nose.

And exhale out through the mouth.

Last big deep breath in through the nose.

And exhale out through the mouth.

When you're ready,

I'll have your journaling prompt here.

I'm picking at random.

Make sure you have your clock or watch ready.

And just remember,

If you do get stuck,

Just let the words flow.

Remember the who,

The what,

The when,

The where,

The why,

The how to keep you going.

Our journaling prompt for today is how will I prioritize what's important to me this year?

One more time.

How will I prioritize what's important to me this year?

And just keep writing for the full 15 minutes.

I'll talk to you next time.
