Today I'm going to be guiding you in a simple self-love exercise.
Find a comfortable seated position,
Sitting up nice and tall,
Really lengthening your spine,
Rolling your shoulders back,
Letting go of all tension in your face and in your body.
And when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Deep breath in through the nose,
All the way down to your belly,
Down to your fingers and toes,
And exhale out through the mouth.
Last big deep breath in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.
With your eyes still closed,
Gently place your right hand over your heart and your left hand over your belly and repeat these affirmations after me.
I choose myself every day.
I love myself just the way I am.
I am beautiful.
I am light as a feather.
I am strong as an ox and I can do anything I put my mind to.
I am awesome.
I am amazing and I am fearless.
I will write my story.
I will walk my journey and I will live my life.
I am beautiful.
I am strong and I am loved.
Repeat this as many times as you need to,
