Good morning.

Let us begin our day mindfully by taking a moment to sit in stillness.

During this meditation,

We will ground ourselves in gratitude and let go of any discomfort.

Afterward,

We will set an intention and proceed with the visualization and affirmations.

This is an excellent way to start a beautiful new day.

Practicing these affirmations every day will help you feel more centered and grateful.

Find a comfortable seated position if this is available to you.

If you prefer to lie down,

That is also fine.

Slowly settle into your space,

Making sure your body is at ease.

When you are ready,

You may float your eyes closed.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling the air fill your lungs and slowly exhale,

Releasing any tension or stress you may be carrying.

Let us do that again.

Inhale deeply,

Pause briefly at the top,

And release all of the air from the depths of your lungs.

Return to your natural breath.

We will now set an intention for our day.

At any point during your day that you feel dis-ease,

Anger,

Impatience,

Or other strong emotions,

Breathe deeply and repeat your intention mindfully.

Say to yourself or aloud,

I will hold myself to a standard of grace,

Not perfection.

Take another deep breath and release.

Let us say that again aloud or to ourselves.

I hold myself to a standard of grace,

Not perfection.

One more time,

Take a deep breath in and release all of the air from the depths of your lungs.

Now imagine yourself gracefully overcoming any challenges that come your way,

Radiating confidence and composure.

See yourself confronted with a challenging situation or person.

You pause and take a deep,

Cleansing breath as you allow the initial emotion to flow through your body without reacting.

As you take another deep breath,

You feel your body settle,

And you can now act from a place of grace.

Use your power to control your thoughts and actions and your capability to achieve everything you dream of.

As we begin the morning affirmations,

You may listen or repeat silently to yourself,

As I sit here in the quiet and tranquil ambience of the early morning,

I am overcome with profound gratitude for the abundant blessings in my life.

I inhale deeply and exhale slowly,

Releasing any lingering worries or stresses from the previous day,

Knowing that today marks a new beginning.

With a renewed sense of purpose,

I remind myself to approach each moment with kindness,

Empathy and patience toward myself and others alike.

I set an intention for the day ahead,

Visualizing myself effortlessly accomplishing my goals and experiencing a tremendous sense of satisfaction and fulfillment.

This moment of stillness is truly a gift,

Affording me the chance to cultivate a peaceful and positive mindset that will guide me throughout the day.

Rest here momentarily,

Allowing this practice's energetic vibrations to bathe your sacred vessel in grace and gratitude.

Please take a few more deep breaths and feel a sense of gratitude for this new day and all of the possibilities it holds.

Carry this positive energy throughout your day,

Knowing you can create a happy and fulfilling life.

You may gently bring small movements to your fingers and toes,

And when you are ready,

You may open your eyes.

I am so grateful to have met you on the path.

Namaste.
