Hello and welcome to this Golden Lotus Protective Meditation.

Please find a quiet space where you can sit comfortably,

Preferably undisturbed.

Allow your body to settle into comfort and gently close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths at your own pace,

Feeling your body relax with each exhale.

Begin to visualize roots extending from your feet,

Grounding you deeply into Mother Earth,

Drawing up nourishing protective energy.

As you gently follow the energy traveling up your legs,

You become aware of a beautiful,

Radiant golden lotus flower blooming at the base of your spine,

Inviting you to connect deeply with your inner self.

With each inhale,

See this lotus slowly starting to open,

Petal by petal,

Spilling out radiant golden light,

The protective,

Healing light from the lotus spreading through your entire body,

Filling you with warmth and positivity.

With each gentle exhale,

The golden light dissolves any lingering negative energy,

Leaving you with peace and relief.

As the golden light grows,

Visualize it forming a protective bubble around you.

Gently affirm to yourself,

I am safe.

I am protected.

I am in control of my energy.

Allow these comforting words to resonate within you.

As you feel these affirmations resonating with the golden light,

They reinforce your protective shield.

Now gently bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Deepening your breath and bringing small movements to your fingers and toes.

Thank the golden lotus for its protection and guidance.

You may return to this meditation whenever you seek protection and calm.

It is always here for you.
