Welcome to this meditation designed to energize your body and mind for your upcoming workout or any high-performance session when you want to be at your best.

Hello,

My name is Kristen and today we will use affirmations,

Short positive statements to awaken your inner strength.

Affirmations can help align your mindset with your goals,

Creating a powerful mental foundation for success.

As you hear each affirmation,

Notice how it feels.

Some may feel true and natural while others might feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable.

Both responses are valuable.

The ones you resonate with can remind you of your innate strengths and the ones you resist might highlight areas for growth.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or standing tall with your feet grounded.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Letting your belly and chest expand fully.

Pause for a moment at the top,

Then exhale through the mouth slowly and completely.

Now let your breath be natural and continue to notice the gentle flow of your breath as we begin the affirmations.

Feel free to repeat them silently or out loud.

I am strong and capable.

I am steady and focused.

I embrace challenges with courage and confidence.

I have everything I need to succeed today.

I trust my body and its abilities.

I move with power,

Purpose,

And ease.

I am grateful for the chance to push my limits.

I release self-doubt and embrace my potential.

My mind is clear and my heart is open.

I feel energized and ready for the effort ahead.

Every breath fills me with strength and determination.

I am grounded and steadfast in my purpose.

I honor my body for all it does to support me.

My strength is not just in what I can do,

But in how I show up.

I embrace competition as a way to learn,

Improve,

And inspire.

Take a moment to allow these affirmations to settle in as you quietly bring your attention back to your breath.

Take one final deep inhale through your nose,

Filling yourself with strength and focus,

And exhale fully through your mouth,

Releasing any lingering tension.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes if they were closed,

Bring your hands to your heart if that feels natural,

And carry this energy and confidence into your workout.
