Thank you for taking a moment to address this bit of reluctance you're feeling right now. Take a deep breath. Right now. Right now you are having a temporary feeling that will soon pass. It is okay to let yourself relax about this. This is temporary. Pushing or pulling or battering from your ego is not required nor helpful at this time. Only patience and love will show you the truth. This current temporary state may feel painful because it is not the truth. The truth is you are capable. The truth is you have been here before and you will be here again because you are growing. You have decided that you will continue to grow and learn and try new things throughout your life. You will lead yourself through this learning and growing experience and this will soon become your comfort zone. And again you will choose to venture outside this comfort zone the next time you challenge your limiting beliefs to have new experiences and new success. It is safe for you to feel discomfort when you take a new step. This is a natural progression. You have nothing to prove. It is safe for you to accept how you feel at this moment as you find your footing. You will not allow this moment to become the end of the journey. It is only a step. Feel and accept these words. These truths. I am growing. I am willing to learn. I am strong. I am prepared. I am capable. I am smart. I am valuable. I am strong. I am exactly where I'm supposed to be. I release all doubt now. I am guided. I follow my inner knowing. I am confident. I am made for this. I am grateful for this lesson. I am thankful for this opportunity. This opportunity comes from the universe which knows and sees all. The universe has determined that I am ready for this next step in my evolution. I am worthy of this next step. I am courageous. I am enough. I am resilient. I am brilliant. I forgive myself. I love myself. I approve of myself. I trust myself. And so it is.

Just what I needed today. I’ve been struggling with depression along with having a hard time getting to the things that make me feel better like meditation, yoga & getting outside for walks. I keep “shoulding” all over myself and beating up myself because I’m not doing these good things for myself.
