Find a comfortable seat,
Ground through your base,
And let your spine rise tall,
Dignified and at ease.
Lift your shoulders to your ears,
Then roll them back and down to open the chest.
Feel the strength in your stillness.
Now take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale out the mouth.
Again inhale deeply and release.
Breathing in purpose and exhaling all the clouds your direction.
Now let's begin.
We'll start with our warrior breath.
Inhaling two counts through the nose,
Then exhaling two counts through the mouth.
Just like this.
In,
Out,
In like armor.
Strong,
Steady,
Ready.
This is your inner warrior waking up.
Hold.
We'll take a deep breath in through the mouth,
Filling all the way up.
We'll take a recovery breath in three,
Two,
One.
Let it all out.
Beautiful.
We're gonna go now into our second round.
This round will be a round of breath of fire.
We'll breathe in and out quickly through the nose.
So it will go like this.

Let your diaphragm pump the fire.
Clean face.
Intentional.
We'll take a deep breath in,
Filling all the way up.
Feel your center radiating outward.
Taking a recovery breath in three,
Two,
One.
Let it all go.

Now let the energy settle.
Let your breath soften and let your body find stillness.
You've stirred the fire.
Now tend the coals.
Sit in the glow of your own becoming.
Let purpose root down and strength rise quietly from within.
