Good morning.
I would like to start this meditation by having you sitting up straight in a comfortable position.
And let's begin by taking a big deep breath in and letting it out as you find yourself settling in nice and comfortable.
Let's close your eyes.
And I want you to imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.
Let's have this light represent the interconnectedness of all beings,
All beings on this planet,
And the love and compassion that we share for every living being.
And with each inhale,
I want you to imagine that this light that this light is growing stronger and brighter.
And with each exhale,
Imagine sending this light out to the world,
Connecting you with all of the other humans,
All of the other living beings walking around on this planet.
And as you continue to breathe,
Allow yourself to feel a sense of connection and positivity,
A sense of calmness that comes from knowing that we are all in this together.
We are all here living in this world together.
Keep breathing.
Inhale peace,
Exhale harmony,
And set your intention that this feeling of connection,
This feeling of peace and harmony flows from your heart all around the world today.
Take another deep breath in and let it out.
Gently open your eyes.
