I invite you to sit down or lay your body in a comfortable position and breathe.

Breathe in through your nose and allow your lips to part as you exhale through your mouth.
I invite you to continue this circle breathing as I guide you through your liberation meditation.

Notice how your mind begins to soften and relax.

Allow your mind to focus on how each breath enters and leaves the body.
Allow your body to relax deeper and deeper with each suggestion.

In this moment,
If you had the opportunity to let go of everything weighing you down,
Could you completely let go?
Knowing that harboring stressful emotional energy from past events or relationships can be toxic to the body.
These thoughts can be let go.
And the more you practice releasing,
The more you will release anxiety and suffering.
The more you can stop replaying the situation over and over again in your mind.
Releasing takes time.
Freedom takes time.
But it is possible.
In this moment,
Be gentle with yourself as you start to visualize what it would feel like to let go of toxic thoughts.
What will it feel like to mentally let go of stress?
Take a deep inhale and exhale.
What if you could create peace of mind in each moment by just taking a deep breath?
Take another deep inhale and slowly exhale.
Feel the stress start to leave your body.
All you need to release negative and toxic thoughts and negative energy is your breath.
Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.
Every time you inhale,
Inhale love,
Feel love filling up every cell of your body.
And every time you exhale,
Exhale fear.
Feel the fear,
The frustration,
The anxiety leave your body.
Deep inhale love,
Deep exhale fear.
Feel your body start to become lighter and lighter with each inhalation and exhalation.
As you release and let go,
Start to visualize what it feels like to be free.
Not controlled by anyone else's thoughts,
Comments or emotions.
Knowing that you decide and you create your reality.
In this moment,
If any situation is coming up for you,
Decide how would you like to feel?
What reality would be ideal for you?
Start to visualize what your ideal reality would look like.
In this moment,
You can give yourself the freedom that you need.
Starting with this visualization of your ideal reality.
What would be said and what would be done?
In this moment,
Don't worry about whether you believe it is possible or not.
Just feel what it feels like if it were your ideal reality coming true.
Take a deep inhale and exhale.
Fill your heart with this reality and allow your heart to expand.
Fill your heart with this love and allow your love and your capacity to love to expand.
Allow joy to flow through every cell of your body as you realize that with your breath and with your thoughts,
You can be liberated.
You have the power to liberate yourself with each thought,
With each breath.
You create your reality.
You create your liberation.
You create your freedom.
In this moment,
Take full responsibility for your life,
For your emotions,
For your reality.
In this moment,
Know that you are powerful beyond measure.
You are in control of your life.
In this moment,
You decide what you would like your reality to be.
And every day,
Come back to this meditation and visualize it as it becomes real in your mind.
Your thoughts,
Your body will slowly become real in your reality.
