Hi,
I'm Koya Webb,
Holistic health and wellness educator and author of Let Your Fears Make You Fierce,
How to turn common obstacles into seeds for growth.
Welcome to day four of the mindful mornings challenge on insight time.
It's a pleasure to be here with you,
Starting the day mindfully.
Today I'll be sharing a little bit about my morning routine before guiding you through an empowering meditation.
Mornings have always been sacred to me and my home is my sanctuary.
I love to wake up with the sunrise and gaze at the water and horizon from my window.
I love to write in my gratitude journal and allow my soul to pour onto the pages.
I release any fear,
Hurt or confusion and affirm what I'm grateful for.
A nice warm cup of chai or peppermint tea invigorates me as I light my sacred herbs and prepare for my mindfully slow or fierce and gentle yoga practice.
Fully surrendered,
Clear and ready,
I prepare for meditation.
Thank you for joining me.
Today we'll be focusing on divine alignment to empower your day.
You are divinely aligned.
Starting at the base of your spine,
Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale,
Sigh it out through your mouth.
As you inhale,
Allow the breath to fill your stomach and as you exhale,
Send the breath down through your sit bones to the center of the earth to ground you and connect you to your purpose here.
You were meant to shine like the sun in the day and the moon at night.
You are here to bless the world with your gifts,
Talent and brilliance.
Fear is your feedback,
Showing you places within yourself that need nurturing and care.
Listen to your body.
Listen to your mind.
Listen to your soul.
They are always speaking to you,
Showing you the way.
They are always guiding you towards love,
Towards wholeness,
Towards completeness.
Listen.
Listen.
Listen.
Listen.
Listen.
You are not alone.
I am with you.
I will always be with you and I will never leave you,
Ever.
Stay with me.
You can do this.
Stay with me.
Return to love.
Every single time.
Return to love.
I will always be with you.
Thank you.
I love you.
Namaste.
Congratulations for showing up for this challenge and making a commitment to prioritize your mental health in the new year.
I'll see you tomorrow for day five.
