Meet your Teacher

Koya is a spiritual wellness educator who uses daily Reflections+Rituals to nurture her community to optimal health mentally, spiritually and physically. She is the founder of Get Loved Up Yoga School and Podcast. She is also the author of, “Let Your Fears Make You Fierce" a book and audio that serves as a self-love guide for readers to practice the daily application of holistic wellness for optimal health and vitality. Koya believes that fear and love are natural states of being. Once we develop a relationship acknowledging fear just as much as we acknowledge love we can process and balance them as we navigate the waves of life. She refers to fear as your friend manifested by you to give you feedback on the areas within your life and the world that need more intention and love. In this course Koya shares her own fears and setbacks as inspiration that you too can transform your pain to purpose and live a fulfilling life mentally, spiritually and physically while being authentic to your soul's calling.
