I invite you to sit or lie in a comfortable position and breathe.

I invite you to close your eyes and connect with your breath.

Slowly inhale through your nose and allow your lips to open as you exhale through your mouth.

I invite you to continue this circle breathing as I guide you through your happy place meditation.

Notice how your mind begins to soften and relax.

Notice how your body begins to soften and relax.

Allow your mind to focus on how each breath enters and leaves the body.

If your mind starts to wander,

Be gentle with yourself and simply return to your breath.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Allow yourself to visualize your happy place.

Where would you go if you had all the resources and all the support to get there?

Where would you go just to nurture yourself in nature?

Take this moment to find your happy place.

Maybe that happy place is surrounded by water or trees or your favorite part of nature.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Notice how you feel in this place.

Allow this feeling to flow through every cell of your body.

Allow this freedom to fill your heart space as you twirl around in your happy place.

Allow yourself to feel completely free.

Take another deep inhale and exhale.

Notice what emotions are coming up in this moment and start to breathe into them,

Breathing life,

Breathing love,

Realizing that in your happy place you're completely safe.

You are protected and you are one with your soul.

Allow yourself to enjoy,

To be free,

To really breathe without any worry,

Without any doubt.

Just be.

Feel this happiness flow through every cell of your body.

Feel this sense of gratitude.

Fill you up from head to toe.

Feel what it feels like to have no worries,

No doubts,

Trusting that Mother Nature will take care of you.

Trusting that this feeling can last.

Just visualize colors all around you.

What colors are flooding your consciousness in this moment?

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Breathe in those colors.

Maybe it's one color or many colors.

Allow your body to fill up and start to scan your body from head to toe.

Just checking in with how you feel.

Bring your attention to your head.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Completely relax your head.

Bring your awareness to your shoulders.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Slowly relax your shoulders.

Bring your awareness to your chest.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Completely relax your chest.

Bring your awareness to your abdomen.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Completely relax your abdomen.

Bring your awareness to your hips.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Completely relax your hips.

Bring your awareness to your thighs.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Completely relax your thighs.

Bring your awareness to your knees.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Completely relax your knees.

Bring your awareness to your lower leg.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Completely relax your lower leg.

Bring your awareness to your feet.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Completely relax your feet.

Now that your body is completely relaxed,

You are fully present with your breath.

Allow yourself to play,

To be at peace in your happy place.

Breathe in the smells.

Breathe in the sights.

Let's be completely absorbed by everything around you.

Take another deep inhale and slowly exhale.

When you are ready,

You can slowly open your eyes and start to journal any feelings,

Emotions,

Or divine downloads that came through during your meditation.

And continue to breathe.

I was playing with my son. He is severely disable who cannot talk and walk. In my happy place He was walking and talking in a heavenly like place and smiling at me. It filled me up with lots of love. 💖😌
