Where would you go just to nurture yourself in nature?
Take this moment to find your happy place.
Maybe that happy place is surrounded by water or trees or your favorite part of nature.

Notice how you feel in this place.
Allow this feeling to flow through every cell of your body.
Allow this freedom to fill your heart space as you twirl around in your happy place.
Allow yourself to feel completely free.
Take another deep inhale and exhale.
Notice what emotions are coming up in this moment and start to breathe into them,
Breathing life,
Breathing love,
Realizing that in your happy place you're completely safe.
You are protected and you are one with your soul.
Allow yourself to enjoy,
To be free,
To really breathe without any worry,
Without any doubt.
Just be.
Feel this happiness flow through every cell of your body.
Feel this sense of gratitude.
Fill you up from head to toe.
Feel what it feels like to have no worries,
No doubts,
Trusting that Mother Nature will take care of you.
Trusting that this feeling can last.
Just visualize colors all around you.
What colors are flooding your consciousness in this moment?

Breathe in those colors.
Maybe it's one color or many colors.
Allow your body to fill up and start to scan your body from head to toe.
Just checking in with how you feel.
