Rooted In Stillness | Yin Yoga For Grounding & Stability
This 30-minute Yin Yoga practice is a slow, grounding journey inward — designed to root the body, quiet the nervous system, and build a sense of inner steadiness that stays with you long after you step off the mat. We move through three deeply nourishing poses: Shoelace with Eagle Arms (outer hips, glutes, and upper back release); Saddle or Half Saddle (quad, hip flexor, and lumbar spine opening); and Snail (full posterior chain release and nervous system reset). Each pose includes detailed instructions, modifications, and prop suggestions, a rebound pause, and guidance on breath and sensation. Perfect for an evening wind-down, stress relief, post-workout recovery, or anyone needing to feel more settled and grounded in their body.
